Even though my flight was cancelled and I was not informed, they managed to immediately arrange for me to be on the next flight out. Good job on the recovery and appreciate the fast response even on a Sunday !! Will use your services again when I’m in China

I booked a private tour with a guide to the Great Wall through this company. To be fair, they clearly stated that admission fees and the possible cable car ride were not included, so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

However, the guide claimed to have 20 years of experience and said they only conducted tours in English. Unfortunately, their English was poor, and there was little meaningful communication or clarification beyond a rehearsed speech that we heard for about two minutes in the cable car.

Although the guide mentioned visiting this part of the Wall weekly, they seemed unfamiliar with how to navigate the area. Additionally, the guide joined us for our meal at the restaurant, which was a first for us on a private tour. Even more unsettling, they took multiple pictures of us without asking for permission, some of which were done secretly.

After the tour, without prior discussion, we were taken to a tea house. Despite telling the guide more than 10 times that we did not want to go, they insisted. Only after much back and forth did they finally relent, at which point they abruptly left the car, leaving us alone with a non-English-speaking driver. This unexpected detour added an additional two hours to our day.

I would not recommend this company.

Very helpful website for travel in China.
I did a lot of China train ticket bookings and domestic flight bookings on this website for my trips in China, everything went smoothly. Their service fees are lower than other websites, especially the air tickets discount.
I also did a great wall tour in Beijing with them, very nice tour guide and nice clean car.
I will recommend them to my friends. their whatsapp support was also very helpful.

Be very careful with this company, they are scammers, they sell you a class of train ticket and then tell you that there is none, when you accept the class change, they tell you that there is already another reservation with your same name, the question It's just that it took me a week to buy some simple tickets from Shaghai to Yiwu, and in the end I had to buy the tickets with another company, a scam website.

I booked a half day tour to visit the terracota army in xian but due to the corona virus the tour was cancelled. Over the last 6 months I have contacted Chinatour.net more than 100 times but they refuse to return my money. Do not book anything with this Scam company.

THE QUICK ANSWER: WAS TICKETS STATUS - CANCELED
NO BODY ANSWER WHEN IS THE MONEY BACK?.

As with the others reviewers, pls stay away from these guys.
Ask before whether they are able to get the tickets. They said must wait for 30 days, then after that they said tickets not available...
Now all my scheduled are cock up...don't know what and how to arrange other transport....

It's a scam! I purchased 2 train tickets from Kunming to Lijiang since 1 Aug 2019. It's less than 30 days till the travel date but I still haven’t received my train tickets so I emailed them. They said the travel time I wanted was not available and they suggested a different timetable (also the way they replied is so unprofessional. No address of my name and their name, type "u" instead of "you") . So I replied and requested to book the time they suggested. But I heard no reply from them after. Instead of waiting around, I emailed them again and asked to cancel my purchase and gave me refund. I am entitled 100% refund. They never reply back and I never receive my money back.
