So far it’s been a great experience, but I’ll be more detailed with my comments after I receive my third Super Tacano. I purchased two for myself because it’s an awesome flyer and looks great too. The third one is a gift for a friend that would love to have one , but just can’t afford it at this time. So this one will be sitting under his Christmas tree in a few weeks. I also have four more friends that have ordered one after seeing mine fly. It will be interesting to see what kit the company will bring next.

I bought some batteries for a good price. They were fast delivered, well packed.

I order from the global warehouse and got my package in a reasonable time here in the US. Customer service always answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.

Quick delivery and neatly build batteries. Former purchases showed good quality batteries with a good capacity/weight ratio. My model planes are very happy with CNHL LiPo's

I receive a new airplane in the box. There were some defects on the wings. So, I send them an email with some photos of it. So, they responded and took care of the issue. I feel like the wrapping of the batteries is getting thinner and less protective.

I placed an order some time ago and became concerned because the tracking number never showed any updates. I contacted the company to ask if something was wrong, as it seemed like the package might be lost. At that time, they told me everything was fine and that I should continue waiting.

After almost a month with no updates, I was finally informed that the package was lost. I believe this is something that should be communicated much sooner, as customers waste time waiting for something that will never arrive.

They offered to send a replacement package, but when I asked if there were other options, such as a refund, I never received a response. I would have appreciated clearer and faster communication, especially after such a long delay.

Overall, I think the company could improve its customer service and provide better updates when issues occur with shipments.

All items (4batteries) arrived well packed and in perfect conditions. Price - Quality of these batteries are very good. I have now already 6 Lipo batteries from CNHL and I am very satisfied with them. Low resistance and reliable power, as well over time. Any time again, thank you.
