I placed an order but their system used old information that I don't know where came from.

I placed an order but when I was filling out my information, it did not ask for an address. It appears that I had no idea that they had a prior(?) profile. This profile was highly inaccurate and now the order is lost to an old address and Customer Service says they have no blame even though I contacted them before the package was out for delivery as they did not follow up with FedEx in a timely manner. Instead they let the delivery go through and want me to chase the person at the wrong address. While I accept half the error - the old profile was very strange as it had my name including my deceased dog's name, I feel that their system did not allow me to confirm my name or address so this is half their fault. I can't get them to replace the order even with me paying additional shipping or to file a lost package claim with FedEx. As such, I am disputing and cancelling to go somewhere else.

Such a great little buy

Obsessed with my solo Zenergy chime - I honestly wasn't sure if I'd use it that often, but since picking one up last year, I love having it on hand to start and end meditation and reiki, and to clear the energy in spaces as well. Makes a really beautiful lasting and calming sound.

The Heroic Bell Wind Chime (HWLC) is a…

The Heroic Bell Wind Chime (HWLC) is a beautiful chime, but it has its problem.
First and foremost the chime does not ring. It takes a gale force wind to make it ring which is quite ridiculous. There needs to be a design improvement or they should pull this particular product off the market.
Secondly, customer service is quite slow which is very disappointing. I will not purchase another product from this company.

No longer a good company to deal with...

Ordered a second choice personalized chimes as a housewarming gift for a client. My first choice, go to was not available. After 2+ weeks it still hadn't shipped. I asked to cancel my order.
I used to order multiple at a time before they were bought out and now it seems they just don't care. Even customer service has been farmed out...no phone# to speak to a human.

Quality chimes, by a US company!

I've ordered from Woodstock Chimes, a number of times. First off, their products are of great quality, and in this day and age we should all be appreciative that there are still businesses like this, based in the US, and who produce and sell quality products (vs. cheap crap produced by Chinese companies).

Also, I really appreciate the fact that they include audio clips on their website, to accompany each and every one of their chimes (so that you can truly understand what the particular chime sounds like, before you purchase it).

I highly recommend Woodstock Chimes!

The name Woodstock conjures up…

The name Woodstock conjures up Forrest’s, wood, fresh air, Chi running above steams, well it does to me, and so I purchased my lovely Woodstock chime the cost was around 70. The pictures showed wonderful wooden chime and a double clamp at the top for the cord. On arrival I was absolutely horrified to find a hockey puk or a skateboard wear pad, made of polypropylene, for the dong and 1 of the alloy clamps completely non existent and a metal ring around the top holding the chime pipes. Disappointed, I contacted Woodstock, who offered me the equivalent in price or an identical replacement. I chose another chime, only to be told we don’t ship internationally.
I find that in this day and age, if you can’t send a parcel to someone anywhere in the World then somethings wrong, especially as the objective was to make me, the customer, happy. I was asked if I could have the replacement chime sent to a friend in the USA and they could send it to me🤔 now I’m perplexed.
I responded with a few alternatives, such as Amazon gift voucher, or buy one from Amazon and have the chime sent to me?
I’ve heard nothing since before Christmas and I doubt whether I’ll ever see my replacement Woodstock wind chime. I expected quality American made wind chime and I got a tacky Chinese made chime with parts deliberately missing to save a few bucks. I don’t recommend these Woodstock wind chimes at all, despite being seduced by the ambient description in the blurb.
My experience was a negative one.😢

My original letter below:
First time buyer,

Paradise bells Bronze

Extremely disappointed. Why? Because I expected wood, opened the package and it’s Plastic. Now, I blame this on Amazon, due to generic pics. If you are as diligent with marketing as you are with sound then I believe this is a revelation to you. The other point was the metal clip around the hook end of things, the advertising pic showed 2 but on arrival there’s only 1. I understand the need to cut corners in order to profit, but then the pictures need changing to fit the actual product we receive. You advertise as WOOD stock pictures painted as WOOD, nice psychological move, the Amazon blurb, shows wood, we had the option of Silver or Bronze! Silver or Bronze what?🤔 oh yes tubes, no mention whatsoever of an ice hockey puk. It may be fortuitous that in our climate plastic would work better but to expect wooden quality only to find plastic is to say the least disappointing then to notice the double metal binder in the photo and receive only 1, is yet another downer. You lot need to sit around a table and . the i’s and cross the T’s, cos it’s certainly not what I imagined I was ordering. Think about it?🤔 conjures up wood, log cabins in Aspin, whilst I receive Chinese made tack instead of good Ol US of A which is what I expected. Guess you’ve made your money by now and so arrogance is the order of the day. Fix those issues and your good to go. Love ‘n’ kisses
Steve ❤️
