Poor after sale customer service. Has been going through a worse experience since Chilterndoors fitted our front door. Cold draft is entering in to the property and I have emailed/ text many times but no response. Lui called me over a month ago that the engineer will call and arrange a visit but no contact has been made. I have texted/ email to him and company but not a single reply. People who did not have any issue after the door installation they can be lucky but people like me stuck if anything go wrong after the installation of the door. Wish I would have gone to company who take care well to their customer after sale. Many thanks

I have just had my door supplied and fitted by Atom at Chiltern Doors.

From start to finish it has been faultless. Atom has been a great communicator, always easy to get hold of, didn’t promise the door on the day I requested but went above and beyond to get the door delivered on that day. Very polite and friendly, really lovely to do business with and there has been absolutely nothing I can complain about throughout the process. 4 weeks from start to finish.

The install team were due to arrive at 7:30, arrived at 7:10. Extremely polite and friendly, kept my house internally and externally clean and tidy, removed all of the old door, even tidied up the damaged render with cement which was a lovely touch as didn’t think they were going to do that.

Amazing experience with Chiltern doors. We have used them twice now firstly for windows and now a front door. Lui was a pleasure to deal with and no pressure was put on us. Fitters were polite and professional and the quality of their work was great. So pleased with the door which is of the highest quality. Definitely recommend this company.

I've had the pleasure of getting work done with Chiltern Doors twice now, and both times, I've had dealings with Haris. He's been incredibly accommodating and understanding when it came to helping us choose our doors and windows. He stayed in contact throughout the process. The team that performed the work on both occasions was exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. I can't find a single fault with their work. Really good selection of doors to choose from. The chap that fitted my door was very skilled and lovely to chat too. Fab door which seems to sound out the busy road we live on and has stopped all the drafts.

My door is so beautiful I'm giving 5 stars. Contact, very easy to get hold of the office a nice friendly contact at the end of the phone. Door fitted in an afternoon and again it's such a pretty colour, stunning. Fitters worked well and cleaned up after themselves.
