Lara was exceptional in her service and helping solving the issue with my daughters bottle. I´m a long time customer, all my family has chilly´s bottles, because there are great and the customer service superb.

Lost order but brilliant customer support

My original order was lost by the courier which was a shame but once I had alerted Chilly's to the issue, the customer service and response was brilliant. The replacement was dispatched really quickly and I was kept updated about the delivery

Our sports lids are designed to create a very tight seal, which helps prevent major spills. However, while they are highly effective at reducing leaks, they aren’t guaranteed to be fully leakproof. For this reason, we do recommend transporting bottles with sports lids in an upright position.

Review your couriers. Could have been 5 star if package wasn't left out in the rain all day long. Good job that your layers of packaging protected the bottles ordered but I was left with very soggy boxes (being resourceful, would have found use for the pretty packaging)
