Patient and helpful...
I have to say, I was less than nice to them when my first order was delayed. They had a more than sufficient and legitimate excuse for the delay. Instead of just writing me off as a hostile customer after my childish tirade, they continued to treat me with respect even though I in no way deserved it. They even upgraded my order to compensate for the delay. This review is long overdue. I should have done it last year. If you have any reservations about doing business with them, just try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised and become a happy and loyal customer as I have become. Thanks Chillo. Your respect and kindness is much appreciated.
