I ordered shoes in two different sizes to ensure I had the right size for my daughter's birthday. I returned the size that did not fit. They refused to refund my money and said I should choose a new pair but I must pay shipping fees. I gave them the new shoe order and asked how I should pay the shipping. They have not replied to any of my emails since December. At this point they have stolen $168 from me.
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 mid for my daughter size Women's 10 (the size I order for her anywhere)
They sent a Women's size 8.5.
When I emailed to complain about my order being wrong they claimed they sent the correct size because there's a US and Women's US sizes which I'm fully aware of but they never bothered to mention that when I was ordering. My email receipt clearly states I ordered & paid for a Women's 10. I'm giving them 2 stars because technically I can't claim scam because they sent a pair of shoes just not what I ordered. "They" have responded to my emails but we get nowhere and I can't prove it but it's like I'm arguing with someone that doesn't speak English. So now I'm stuck with a $130 pair of shoes nobody can wear.
