If it were possible, I would Angrily give them a 0! I ordered a product and instead of getting a good product, or even a pathetic POS. I got ripped entirely, I got nothing, nada, nilch!

It's a scam. I ordered one thing they sent me totally different item, that doesn't look like picture and description of the add. Instead of resolving this they offered me 10% on item and keep the item. This is the item that I won't be able to use or sell for the price I paid( $60). Very poor quality of fabric, I ordered a hammock nest chair. They shipped me a hammock version, poor quality, different shape, thin synthetic fabric. Completely different from the order. Please be aware of them.this company needs to be shut down.

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. This is a SCAM. PayPal will not even back me up on my fraudulent piece of crap that they sent to me. I am furious over this. I don’t even know how any business like this can still do commerce! First of all, from the jump street, this was all a scam and PayPal also sided with them. How can I possibly be made whole again when as long as this piece of crap company is allowed to sell fake merchandise and then be allowed to rip people off by demanding the return of their product when it clearly costs triple the amount of my purchase. Their customer service is the WORST and they deliberately act like they can’t read my emails. I have gone round and round and round with these scam artists and I am LIVID. I would like to help shut them down. I want my money back and I feel as though I’ve been duped and with the help of PayPal. They will not stand behind any purchase at all with this company. PayPal assures me they are constantly working to rid themselves of fraudulent businesses but that’s clearly not the case. They don’t even advertise that their crap comes from China. Do not by a single thing from these scam artists. I am not done with this matter. They need to be shut down. This is insane. I’m out $24 plus shipping and now I’m supposed to pay over $40 to return this???

Be aware!! They have false advertisements on website!! They never mention the products are coming from China, they do photoshop on product pictures to make them look nice but when you get it it's the poorest quality ever!!! Nothing close to what it looks like in website but TRASH!!! Also it took over a month to get it, the customer service is ridiculously horrible. They force you to keep them and sell them and they would refund partially!!!! They don't provide you the return address and try to negotiate the refund amount!! And force you to pay for the international return shipping!! If I had known they were coming from China, I would have never ordered them!!! They don't post the origin of products or where they are coming from to hide the quality, shipping time, and horrible business practice! Also, to hide the issues for return to make customers give up on the shipping! They are wicked! They are nothing but scams!! I'll report this scam to my bank and also write reviews everywhere to warn the innocent customers!! Dont get fooled by this scam!!

Purchased an item and received something completely different, they insist that their false advertisement was what is order even though the picture they have on their website is nothing compared to what i received on the mail.
i have pictures to proof.
now they want me to pay for the return to china which will cost me almost half of what I have paid for the product which is not fair.

Terrible, terrible company. It”s very hard to get a response from them via email. Once they do respond it isn’t any help to you. The dress I received looks nothing like the photograph totally different. I can no longer get in touch with them and no response to my email. Please do not buy clothing from this company
