UPDATE Said they would give me my money back if I wrote a review and then retracted it. I did the review immediately.

Good but have moved to new address. Changed address on Shop app. Hope they send to new address. Will give a good review if this is so.

Quick and efficient order

i requested for my order to be cancelled and customer service said they will authorize my request promtly

update: its all a lie, they went back on their promise, said i gave the review too late(eventhough was only minutes after them requesting me to write it).had to get pay pal involved to get my money back and cancel the order.

Very good experience throughout the buying to delivery

Well priced, fashionable items

The dress is lovely, and it came after about 1 week. Very good, only thing which could have improved was the tracking of the item.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company (also known as "Lune London", however their emails come from an email adddress associated with this company).

I placed an order for a swimming costume advertised as a Seafolly item. Shortly after, I was given tracking information that showed a parcel had already been returned in February — before I had even placed my order. When I questioned this, I was told tracking numbers are reused, which did not make sense.

I then requested to cancel the order, but was told it had already been dispatched and could not be cancelled.

However, when I was later provided with a valid tracking link, it showed that only a shipping label had been created initially, and the parcel was not actually processed or shipped until around 10 days later from China. This directly contradicts what I was told at the time I requested cancellation.

The communication has been inconsistent and misleading throughout. I have now raised this with my bank as I do not have confidence that I will receive the item as described (or at all).

Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

Update: I contacted them to request cancellation as the goods had not been sent, and then they told me that they could not refund an order that was in process. I then received tracking information which showed they posted the item after I had requested cancellation. The item arrived, and it was not branded (it was advertised as a Seafolly swimming costume) and it was extremely oversized.

I requested a refund, and they want me to return it to Canada (despite being shipped from China) at a cost of £20-£80. They offered a 10% discount and a free purchase. I declined, and said I wished to return the item as their website says they will cover the cost of returns if an item is not as described. They have now blocked my emails so I cannot complete the returns process.

My bank have been supportive and I've forwarded all communication so I will get my money back - please remember to file chargeback claims against this company if you experience similar incidents.

I’m over the moon. The leather is great quality, which given the price I was concerned about. Super comfy & perfect for boho summer dress look as well as a trouser boot. I can see they will be a wardrobe mainstay. Green is the new black!…!

SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA! I placed an order thinking that they were at UK business as they advertise as such. As soon as I placed an order I received an email saying I would get 100% refund if I post a positive review. All their positive reviews are fake. It is a low quality clothing from a factory in China.

The site is very easy to navigate. It shows all the steps to choosing and ordering very clearly. My order was processed within seconds.

I felt that their customer service for me was extremely good. I love the jackets that I have purchased. The quality is fabulous 👌

Yet to receive the product. Thought it was a UK company and got deceived, requested refund hopefully it comes through. Or got to dispute it. Also received these emails.
