This is a second time i ordered same item from them, and three days after they are telling me that ghe product is sold, SECOND TIME!!! stalling my parcel with rest of the things i ordered altogether, Why TF are you even still selling and advertising things that you don't have, bad organisation, not dealing with this store ever again, would put 0 stars if possible, score here is already way too bad for obvious reasons

This company is very slow to ship as items are shipped from China, which is not disclosed when you order. I paid $29 for expedited shipping on May 2 as I needed items for a trip. Of course there is NO WAY items were going to arrive in the stated timeframe of 7-10 business days coming from China. So even offering an expedited shipping option is a scam I contacted customer service requesting cancellation and refund. They refused stating items had shipped. When I received tracking email is how I found out items were in China. I still have not received order so I can’t speak to quality of items. Will not order from this company again.

Waste of money. Did not get the product I ordered, wrong color and it does not look eaven closely the same dress. Poor quality and materials won’t last a day to wear. Size is wrong too.

Company has not supplied goods ordered in September2020, does not answer emails website not responding . Do not deal with this company

I ordered clothes that from the sizing information given should have fitted me. The body, sleeves, and even the neck opening on one sweater were easily 2 sizes smaller than what was marked on the garment. When I tried to return items for refund I was told to send pictures of garments on hangers. Then I included original order confirmation. Now they are wanting the SKU information which I would give them had there been any invoice or paperwork included in the orders. They have stopped corresponding to me and I am out about $150.00.

It just gets worse. After paying the postage to get the shoddy item we are now expected to pay for the return to China at our expense. It is far cheaper to consign the garment to the trash than pay more money.
How can Chinese suppliers keep getting away with sending shoddy goods to the west?

Well, what can I say?! Few days ago I published my negative review about this website tracking problems, after which I got a reply from the site which was good and promising as at least I saw my order tracking finally! Today I was so happy to finally receive my parcel. My good mood was up to the moment of opening the pack... where guess what?! I found just 4 out of 5 items, which means that 1 thing with the price of 20€ never arrived! Simply was not inside , simply missing... but this was not the only one problem I faced! The manteau as it was written turned to be a cheap vest of a small size , obviously not my S size which I ordered but most probably XS or Chinese " S "I never know cause there is NO any mark on it neither about sizing, no material, no washing rules! NOTHING! WHERE DID THEY GET THIS STUFF FROM?! FROM SECOND HAND?! RUBBISH?! Even cheap things have labeling...oh God, I saw reviews of some other ppl where they explained the same problem, but I hoped that my case will be diffrent but NO!!! IM ONE OF THESE UNHAPPY CHEATED CLIENTS AND I WORN EVERYONE TO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE... DON'T EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM THIS STRANGE SITE... u will NEVER get what u order... in addition I would give you some other sister websites of them with the same items and etc. just different names : HELOCHIC.COM, NEWCHIC.COM I don't know if they have anymore but those I'm sure of. So, dear ladies , hope my sad experience will help you to be on a safe side.. I want to attach some pictures of disaster but I don't know how...🙄

This is a ridiculous scamming system. There is a limited time to return items, no address to return items to. When you request an address you get nothing from them other than we will respond in ‘x’ hrs. Nothing ever comes and if you return to the shipping address they get the shirts and keep you money. Wish I had check them out prior to submitting a $150 order. Quests it’s lesson learned. Not great feeling.

I wish I would have never ordered from this site either and I wish I would have read the reviews first. I also ordered some tops for my mom's birthday. When they came the sizes were not what they said they were, and i ordered a pair of shoes, the size was all wrong. I sent the products back with a copy of the order and requested a refund. I don't even know it the address was correct, and this was all back in August. They scammed me out of money, probably about $60.00, I know I won't get that back either. I have a tracking# to the address they were sent back to, I try calling that company and no one answers, I want my money back. I wish I could get a hold of this dam place. And their email is a scam also. I tried sending so many emails and I get a error message that the address is not good. I'm really upset and wish I could do something about this, oh but I continue to get emails of the sales. Never again will I do this.

This place sucks ,their products look nothing like they advertise I’ve tried to send them back but they don’t even acknowledge you ,they have no phone number so you can contact them so now I’m stuck with $90.00 worth of merchandise that I will never wear and will probably toss in the garbage because that what it is garbage so I advise everyone to not order from these scam artist.

It is a scam. Ordered 4 tops in XL (size 18/20 normally). 4 eventually arrived with XL labels attached but more like a size 12. Thought I was ordering from a company in England, not China. Money down the drain. Wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering and I would not have lost my money.

I would leave a zero if I could just spent almost 150$ with this company ! They sent an email stating we have shipped ur order it is in United States here is tracking number u can track ur order thru this ! BUT when I put in tracking number it’s a fake tracking number! Tried to contact customer service would not take message tried to email them at email address given onsite for customer help it comes back as no such server! Please don’t order from them! I’m not wealthy by any means or I wouldn’t be ordering from them lol so I can’t afford to just throw money away to someone else’s pocket ! People like this will surly burn in hell cause they r completely evil to steal from trusting people! I went by the websites reviews cause there were hundreds on items in pics all good reviews! Wish I had known to look at something like this! It’s been about three weeks n I’ve recieved nothing plz beware

Update...recieved what was supposed to be my order it was hideous ! Clothes had threads hanging all over cheap polyester like what was worn in seventies I wear a lg or xl I ordered a 2xl it was like a medium! The jacket I ordered looked like something u would wear as a Halloween costume brown plastic the clothes were sewn but all the extra material was still hanging on I’m telling u this company should be put under

This is a scam... Ordered months ago and items have said shipped for over 2 months but never arrived. Email invalid, contact not possible. Took $120.... SCAM!!

Product DOES NOT look like pictured items on website. I totally got scammed along with other trusting customers. Stay away! Very poor quality! Delivery takes weeks and weeks. Just don't order anything from them!

Absolutely a scam! I don’t think I’m going to even receive my order and when I tried to cancel it it said I wouldn’t get refunded even though the order was still being prepared! I tried to contact the site and the service ticket wouldn’t go through and the email failed! So disappointed I lost $70 to this scam

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! Order from this company. I wish I had seen this thread instead of another one of glowing reviews (probably fraudulent). The three dresses I purchased were all a disappointment! They were ill fitting and one fell apart on the first wash.

The shipment also took several months to arrive!!!

If I could rate this bush league garbage lower than 1 I would. Ordered 7 shirts and all look like they are for an emaciated dwarf and four are the exact same shirt only in different sizes. The website to request a refund or exchange is defunct. Should have noticed it had "cothing" instead of clothing and took two weeks to get to me. Karma will take care of it sooner or later.

Received some of my order, 4 months later. Absolute garbage, sizes were all wrong as I knew to order bigger sizes. The material is the cheapest I've seen anywhere, threads sticking out all over. Garbage clothing that looks nothing like the picture, looks like someone threw it together in minutes. I could of done a better job.

This was the worst online order I’ve ever purchased from. The products that I order look so different from what is pictured on the website. It took 7 weeks to receive my order. The clothes are not good quality but Most important is the deception In advertising is Disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
