Rated 1 out of 5 stars

IMO Deserves no stars

I am giving 1 star because I cannot give zero.

I ordered a dress in August 2025 after reviewing the website, which stated that returns were accepted. When the dress arrived, it was significantly oversized and, in my view, did not match the colour or shape shown in the product images.

There was no clear online return process, which led to a series of email exchanges beginning on 3 September 2025 (the most recent response from the company was on 24 October 2025).

I was initially asked to provide photographs of the dress and was then offered a 10% discount to keep it. As the dress did not fit and was not as expected, this was not a suitable solution. After further correspondence, I was given a return address in China and advised to return the item at my own expense (£12), which I did in October.

Despite returning the item and sending multiple follow-up emails, I have not received a refund.

The website appears to present the company as being based in Scandinavia, yet the return address provided to me was in China. Customers may wish to clarify the company’s operating location and returns process before placing an order.

The total amount involved was under £100. While this may not justify formal legal action for many customers, it is still a meaningful sum. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to review the returns policy carefully and consider the potential difficulty in obtaining a refund.
