I ORDERED TWO ITEMS FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE ORIGINAL CHICO STORE.THE ITEMS I RECEIVE WERE POOR FITTING AND CHEAPLY MADE...NOT CHICO QUALITY. I WOLD LIKE TO RETURN FOR REFUND BUT NOT HAVING ANY LUCK.. SO IM OUT $81.00

Do not order from Chicoconline. When they inquired about how I liked my order, 4 months after the fact, below is my response. It explains my experience.

I can’t believe you are asking this question. Half of my order never shipped (print loose shirt) and I am still waiting on it after months. The other item (casual button down blouse) had no labels (size, content, or manufacturer) but clearly is not linen (I am very familiar with textiles). And what about product numbers?
Please address these issues or I will continue to question and post about your legitimacy as a business.

This is my 2nd attempt to locate the 3rd shirt I purchased on Dec 10 2025. It is now March 28 2026. This on my order is not sent ...Orders
Order #CE20804R. The purple lux shirt has not been received. Please either refund or expedite the shipment

Still waiting for my order , and they do not have a way to check the status of the order! Poor service

I will never buy from Chicoconline again! After emailing them a month after I ordered that I had not received, I was notified that my order was out of stock. After several attempts and emails I was told I could order something else. I placed another order and it took over a month to get to me. This order cost less than the original order so I asked to be reimbursed for the difference. Never heard back from them again.

BUYER BEWARE! Please don’t buy online Chico order. I sent email to customer service 2 weeks ago! They have not replied. My $200 for few items is GONE. I called customer service several times on currently on hold right now for over 20 minutes phone on speaker waiting for representative to pick up. Please know Chico is not a professional company. This is bad business’s. I wish someone would’ve warned me first. Worst customer service ever. Your money is gone.

Please DO NOT order from these scam artists! Ordered a top from them and they charged my credit card right away. After several days I got an e-mail stating that the top was not available because of problem with manufacturer. I asked for a refund and was told that my refund would be processed. I ordered the top on January 2 and here it is January 28 - NO TOP AND NO REFUND! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. It’s a shame that decent people have to contend with assholes like these scammers!

The shirt looked pink online but was a pinkish brown
Refused to allow me to return it
Apparently they have a no returns policy

the name of the seller says it all: CHIC0 CON LINE. I ordered and paid for item and received ack and notice of payment to them. That is it. after a month I wrote and asked if it was a con and got a response assuring me all fault was with their supplier. Another month of no further contact. It is a con.

I placed order with Chicoconline on 11/29/25 and haven't received any communication since. I downloaded SHOP to track order and found nothing. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

two months of no communication. I reached out three times. Finally got product...not what I ordered and not of good quality. Wish I could upload a photo of it.

I ordered over $200.00 from them. I NEVER got my order and they wouldn’t answer my emails! They are frauds and scammers!

This once perfect retailer has apparently been taken over by incompetence. It almost as if someone is purposely trying to destroy the brand. Lost orders, told order# does not exist then product is delivered. When delivered it is the wrong color and size. The reading glasses hurt my eyes. Now the huge issue of getting a product return form. Believe me, I WILL return tjhes items ... even if I have to drive 120 miles to the closest store to do so.

I have been a loyal Chico's customer since 2004. This has been the most horrible experienceI ever had with any allegedly quality retailer. I notice the firm has been purchased by someone else. Whoever they are, they are the worst!

The material in this blouse was such poor quality. I washed it on cold delicate before wearing it because the material was so stiff when I got it. I dried it on delicate and it came out super wrinkled. The tag said it could be washed but it preferred professional dry cleaning! For a cotton blouse? None of this was mentioned when buying. It’s completely unwearable and the return requirements are ridiculously strict. Never again

Did not send two of three blouses I ordered. The third one looks like a dish rag. If you look closely the name is Chico con line. Has anyone heard from these people regarding refunds?

When I realized this company is not Chicos, I cancelled well within the 24 hr deadline. I asked two more times. They refused bc it was already shipped. It didn't actually ship for 6 days. The top is at least 2 or 3 times larger than the Large I ordered. They won't admit their mistake. There's a reason they have a 1 star across the board.

I placed an order with Chicoconline on July 1, 2025 for one blouse. I have asked twice for the tracking number. Chelsea responded that it is on back order as of 7/13/25. Duped for sure💔😥!

The service in the stores is terrible, regardless of which one you go to. All the women who work there think that they are doing you a favor to wait on you. My last experience in the Faifax VA store was awful. There was a very long line, only 2 unfriendly women at the cash registers, the line was over 8 people the 1 older woman on the floor offered to stay an extra 15 minutes to help clear up the long line, and the manager said no go home! I waited in line for over 30 minutes, and they are so rude when you want to make a return,which the majority of the people in the line were doing!!! The online experience is OK, the closing description should be better and they should give garment measurements, since NOT all garments are the same measurement even though the clothes are sized the same.

Ordered $391.00 US in clothing from Chicoconline in late Feb. 2025. It's now June and absolutely nothing. I was scammed.
I also contacted a person (women) who posted they were satisfied with a shirt but I hit the FaceTime button and it was a man who looked very dark and kinda sweaty and nervous. He quickly pushed the STOP button and disappeared. Scam Scam Scam
Never buying anything from Facebook again, lesson learned!

I ordered three blouses from Chicoconline. I received two of the three several weeks later. Cheapest fabric ever. They offered me a discount on a replacement for the third one because it wasn't available. After much going back and forth via email, I sent the two back and requested a full refund. (Paid $30. for shipping.) I did receive the refund via PayPal. Don't waste your time or money.
