The only reason I gave one star is because you have to give at least one. Ordered sneakers. Was wrong color and about two sizes two small. Wrote numerous emails for refund but got no response. Don’t purchase anything from this horrible company!!!!! It’s nothing but a scam!!!!
Ordered 4 tops … it took over a month to receive . Tried to communicate via email … no reply . I finally received a package from them items are not as advertised and one of the items was missing and replaced with a sweater that had no tags and is poorly made . Again tried making contact no response … it all comes from China…. Absolute trash
Scam Site. Never received order and their "support" email was dead silent. Waste of money and time
Put an order and never heard anything back from them. Their website says to contact then through email and I never had a response either. Stole my money, never sent me anything.
If I could give it zero stars I would have! The product I ordered was TERRIBLE. The shoe straps didn't even come all the way across my feet, there was glue all over the shoes, and the smell--some kind of chemical was awful even my dog ran from it. Don't waste your money on the trash this company sells!
Scam site. They will not take returns nor do they have customer service to deal with exchange or returns even though they stated the info on their site. I tried contacting them numerous time to return a piece of clothing and nobody would write back. Their goods are sent from China so I believe the retailer just drop ship goods but will not deal with the customer needs after they've been delivered. Avoid at all cost!
