Unbelievably bad customer service. Clothing sizes were not at all accurate. They sent my order to Ohio. I live in Brooklyn, NY. They insisted that my package had been delivered to the correct address.

SAVE your money and do not order from Chicmolly.

7/13/2018 Sent message asking where order is
7/16/2018 Chicmolly replied stating it was a popular order, takes longer, comes from far distance. No actual response on when the order would ship
7/16/2018 Responded asking if shipping could be upgraded to express.
7/17/2018 Chicmolly replied asking me to confirm my order and shipping address, they wanted to be sure it was delivered to the correct address. Did not comment on my shipping upgrade request.
7/18/2018 I confirmed it was correct
7/19/2019 Asked for a refund if the order was not shipped by EOB.
7/20/2018 Chicmolly responded that I chose a slow shipping method, that is why it may be late. (YET IT HASN’T SHIPPED)
7/20/2018 I stated that the shipping isn’t the issue yet, that it hasn’t left processing and I wanted a refund.
7/24/2018 No response from Chicmolly. Opened case with Paypal.
7/26/2018 Chicmolly sent confirmation that the shoes had shipped
7/27/2018 I notified Chicmolly for the 3rd time I wanted my order cancelled and a refund
7/31/2018 Chicmolly responded with shipping info
7/31/2018 I notified Chicmolly for the 4th time I wanted my order cancelled and a refund
8/6/2018 Chicmolly responded with the tracking info and suggested to refuse to receive the package and return.
8/20/2018 Chicmolly send the tracking info for the blouse!!!!
8/31/2018 Nothing…. No blouse, no money back, no shoes.. I want a refund!

Definitely do not purchase from this company. Really poor service. Ordered 5 items, 3 arrived after much chasing after 6 weeks and 2 never did. Those that did arrive were of very poor quality.

Can only contact them via email and just keep getting apologies and fobbed off. Had to threaten legal action before they issued a refund. So far have only got refund for items that didn't arrive and have been provided an address in China that I have to return the items received to at my own cost before I can get a refund on the rest. Have definitely learned not to buy from facebook ads ever again.

Do not use absolutely shocking,sent wrong size shoes after lots of emails shoe measuring they agreed to send another pair,waited from March got pair in Aug wrong size,tried to say I was wrong,then they asked for pictures twice,then Said your shoes have arrived,it's a absolute joke I've asked for my money back they won't reply,I'm going to try and report them when I find best place to do so DO NOT USE this company

£30 pants ripped after 3 wears. Customer service acknowledged they were faulty but refused to replace them or refund me. Told me to get them fixed myself? I’ve asked 3 times for a refund or replacement, they are now ignoring me. TERRIBLE product, TERRIBLE service. AVOID!!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Bought shoes on 5/15 and they were uncomfortable, cheap looking and had a bad chemical smell. Notified them and started the refund on process on 5/21. Mailed shoes back to Guangzhou address they gave me and just received them back to me on 8/28 saying it was an overdue return! Their stamp said they returned them to me on 6/28. WHAT A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

An update.
I went ahead and canceled the payment with the credit card. A few days later I got a refund!

I just received the tee shirt I ordered 4 wks. ago. I had to email them to send me a confirmation. No receipt was enclosed, I was very sorry I hadn't read the reviews ahead of time. I had ordered an XL tee shirt that fits a friend who wears a medium. I will now attempt a refund, but from previous reviews I'm not expecting much. I'm certainly not going to pay the shipping cost to China.

I wish I saw this site before I ordered, like others, from Chicmolly! My order hasn't shown up, it's been a month now, and so I requested to cancel the order after ZERO updates of the order status. But it sounds like that refund will never come from others' reviews. What a scam! Sad that there are companies like this who don't care about their product quality or take pride in doing good business, but only interested in ripping people off.

I never actually received the things I ordered. They were lost somewhere in Asia for months and all they kept saying was - wait a little longer. When I finally asked them to cancel my order and give me my money back they refused and sent the order out again. I have tried to cancel three times because I don't even need the things I ordered anymore! I have never experienced anything like this. Absolutely awful service. Never again.

Terrible company, dressed up website to make it look like its not the cheap rip off company it is. ordered a jumpsuit 5 weeks ago told them I wanted to cancel the order because not received anything and they then sent a dispatch note that day. I'm now expecting some total tat to turn up. Do not use this website.

UPDATE- Order received 8 weeks later. The item looks NOTHING like the picture. Told I need to pay for returns to China. I cannot recommend enough to stay away form this company

I ordered and paid for a pair of boots in June 2018. Several emails and extremely poor customer service later I eventually requested a refund. I have not received any refund. I eventually received an email stating my order had been processed 8/2018, I emailed and said I requested a refund not to progress my order with no response. The boots have now arrived however they are of very poor quality, nothing like the picture advertised online. I have now requested to return the goods and get my refund, however I have to pay the return shipping cost to China and wait while the company receives them before a refund is process. DO NOT BUY from CHICMOLLY dodgy deals done dirt cheap.

The delivery time is terrible. Don't bother ordering.
