Chicme has Horrible Customer Service

After reading Trust Pilot Reviews I ordered from Chicme. My order was delayed by an additional 2 weeks after they took my payment because the item was out of stock. Then when the item arrived, it was not what I ordered. They sent a different jumpsuit. When I tried to reach out to exchange for the correct one I was unable to reach customer service. The one they sent is in an incorrect size so it does not fit me, it is of poor quality in terms of the material in addition to not being what I ordered.

If i could give this company Zero stars…

If i could give this company Zero stars i would. I waited ages for my Top to arrive. When i got it out of the packet the material catches on all the sequins and when attempting to try it on it catches on the arms and body making it very difficult to try on. I decided it wasnt going to work as sequins where coming off and the arms was snagging and left cotton hanging from where it was catching. I sent a whats app to the company with pictures to which they have replied with 'IT DOESNT STOP YOU WEARING IT' Really what a professional response to a customer - I dont think!! I have asked to send it back and get a refund to which they said no and that they will offer me a 10% discount. This is not good enough and its customer services is awful - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - The reviews on here are made up so that you buy from them as i have spoken with a few of these people in an online forum. I am now going through PAYPAL to get my money back as the response i had is not good enough as the top is not fit for purpose. You have been warned !!

Love these sweatshirts, but

The only thing I didn't care for is you send me a 40% coupon to use. My order came to basically $90 ($29.99×3). The total should have been around $58 with tax. It was cheaper using the 15% coupon over $89. I don't know how you "bundled" your coupons but it brought the total down to $74 and some odd cents, still over the anticipated cost. I love the sweatshirts however so I went ahead and bought 3 more of them.
