scrivo per raccontare la pessima esperienza con questa azienda e con il servizio clienti completamente inaffidabile!!!
Ho ordinato due abiti che dalle foto avevano un aspetto completamente diverso rispetto a quello che è arrivato! Le foto sono ingannevoli, i vestiti sono di pessima qualità e la vestibilità è assolutamente diversa a quella delle foto.
Inoltre la tabella delle taglie è ingannevole. Ho preso le misure per come indicato nelle loro foto. Il busto misura 36,5 in e la vita 29,5. Pertanto corrispondevo perfettamente alla taglia 10US. Ho ordinato questa taglia e mi sono arrivati due vestiti che nell'etichetta riportano la taglia 10US ma che assolutamente non sono adatti alle mie misure. Sono enormi e più grandi di almeno 10 cm sul busto e di almeno 6 cm sulla vita!!!!! Ho subito chiesto il rimborso impegnandomi a restituire i prodotti a spese loro, in quanto la loro policy rimborsi dichiara espressamente se l'errore è loro, le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico loro. Quindi ho chiesto l'etichetta per la spedizione e mi sono da sempre dimostrata disponibile alla restituzione.
Il loro servizi clienti è pessimo e si rifiutano di rimborsarmi se non spedisco i prodotti a carico mio!! E senza alcuna argomentazione valida si rifiutano di riconoscere l'evidente errore dimostrato tramite tantissime foto fatte secondo le loro istruzioni.
Per non parlare della pessima qualità dei prodotti che non valgono assolutamente il prezzo a cui li vendono. Trattasi di vestiti che valgono al massimo 20€!!!!

I am writing to tell you about the terrible experience with this company and the completely unreliable customer service!!!
I ordered two dresses that in the photos looked completely different than what arrived! The photos are misleading, the dresses are of terrible quality and the fit is absolutely different than in the photos.
In addition, the size chart is misleading. I took the measurements as indicated in their photos. The bust measures 36.5 in and the waist 29.5. Therefore, I corresponded perfectly to size 10US. I ordered this size and I received two dresses that on the label show size 10US but which absolutely do not fit my measurements. They are huge and at least 10 cm bigger on the bust and at least 6 cm on the waist!!!!! I immediately asked for a refund, committing to return the products at their expense, as their refund policy expressly states that if the error is theirs, the shipping costs for the return are at their expense. So I asked for the shipping label and I have always been available to return it.
Their customer service is terrible and they refuse to refund me if I do not ship the products at my own expense!! And without any valid argument they refuse to acknowledge the obvious error demonstrated through many photos taken according to their instructions.
Not to mention the terrible quality of the products that are absolutely not worth the price they sell them for. These are clothes that are worth €20 at most!!!!
TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY AT ALL!!

One star is even too much

One star is even too much. I have been fighting with Chiclody since March ‘25. They refuse to refund my OVER $200 dress purchase. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I wanted the dress for a dance event. It never came. They claim it was delivered to the destination - in LOUISIANA! I was in FLORIDA when I ordered and expected it to be delivered.

CHICLODY IS A SCAM

Do not purchase from this company. It is a scam. I unfortunately purchased a dress for $180. I attempted to return it and received horrible customer service. It took them forever to finally respond and they were only willing to give me $16 back on the purchase. It's a scam DONT ORDER DROM THEM.

DO NOT TRUST CHICLODY

DO NOT TRUST CHICLODY. I returned a dress that did not fit. Chiclody confirmed receipt of dress return in March. I paid by Credit Card & I have not received my refund & it's now June. What makes this even worse is they said they did refund & sent me details of some random person & their Paypal! This is shocking & no one will reply or rectify.

Scammy Company – Poor Quality, Fake Reviews, and Deceptive Practices

I wish I had trusted my instincts. I saw some bad reviews for Chiclody’s, but there were so many glowing ones that I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Looking back, it’s obvious they’re pumping out fake 5-star reviews to drown out the real ones — classic scam behavior. I feel stupid for falling for it.

The dresses I received were horrible. The material was cheap, on one of the dresses the corset section was sewn on crooked. It looked nothing like the photos, and absolutely not worth the price. Total garbage quality.

They advertise "14-day easy returns" but that’s a joke. What they don’t say up front is that you have to pay for return shipping to China — good luck with that. International return costs are expensive, and you have to just hope they give you your money back. It’s intentionally vague and misleading.

They also claim the dresses ship in 5–7 days and are “made to order,” but what they’re really doing is hiding the fact that it ships from China and takes forever to process and arrive. It’s all smoke and mirrors to make it sound more legit than it is.

Bottom line: this is a shady, low-quality operation hiding behind fake reviews and deceptive policies. Don’t fall for it like I did. Save your money and shop literally anywhere else.

I ordered a dress for $200 and tried it…

I ordered a dress for $200 and tried it on the same day it was delivered. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit properly, so I immediately began the return process that same day. Since then, the company has completely ghosted me. I’ve sent multiple emails and have received no response whatsoever.

After this experience, I looked up reviews and was shocked to see how many customers have had the exact same issue. The company’s responses—when they do bother to reply—are clearly copied and pasted and do nothing to actually resolve the problem.

This business is a MAJOR SCAM. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Very poor quality. Cheaply made! High price

Very poor quality garments for the price. Items look nice on website but don't be fooled the dresses are cheaply made. I asked for a refund and they offered a $20 credit voucher on a dress that I paid over $300 for. A scam company! Don't order from here.

Ordering from this company is a nightmare...3 weeks out and no delivery, no easy way to track delivery, no reply to contact.

I ordered 4 dresses from this company for an upcoming event. It has been 3 weeks and I've received nothing. I did get a tracking number, but when I try to use it you need to sign up for a "special" tracking service that is convoluted and pushes advertising to you. The only way to contact them is through an email which I tried twice now and have received no reply. What a mess! If I receive the dresses at any point, I can't imagine what returning one would be like!

horrible material and finish, I ordered a dress which looked amazing on the pic, received it after 3 weeks with a horrible finish, contacted them for return they offered $15 refund for $180 i paid and keep the dress with me, and then they told me we do $100 coupon, I asked them.for return details and full refund, they havent replied yet. Total Scam this online shop is illegal and i'll take it further.

NOT happy

I jumped through all the hoops this company requires to return merchandise. After many emails, I sent the gown back on April 23rd and haven't heard a work from the Chiclody return team.
I have been a fashion editor and avid shopper, both online and in stores for nearly 40 years and can't believe this convoluted return policy when every other company makes it so easy.
The sad part is the merchandise is good quality for the price, but I will never order anything from them again and can't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a dress from this store…

I ordered a dress from this store recently, but unfortunately, the sizing didn’t work out. I reached out to customer service to arrange a return, and while I received replies, I still haven’t been given a clear confirmation or the return address—even after several email exchanges.

It’s been frustrating trying to get something as simple as a return sorted. The lack of clear communication and resolution is disappointing, especially for an online store where easy returns are essential. I hope they improve their support process going forward.

Poor service

The dress was beautiful however it was too small so I had to return it. It’s been a month. They still haven’t refunded me my money. I’m having problems in the beginning when I first asked them for a return they try to get me to get some type of store credit or percentage off. I said I didn’t want to do that and when I responded to them two weeks ago Asking why haven’t I have received my refund they replied they hadn’t received the dress yet today I did the tracking and they received the dress April 14, but I still haven’t received my refund
