This is just a scam
This is just a scam. Address and store pretend to be in US. They are just a front and items are coming from China. I ordered over two months ago and received one out of 8 items. The ring I did receive is cheap and made of very low quality materials. Think of plastic jewelry that has no weight. If you want cheap low quality items from China and are okay with being lied to, order away. I have been requested a refund 22 days ago and nothing. They keep offering discounts and think I will be OK with that. Now I have open a dispute with my credit card to get a refund. The original order was 1-23-25 and I verified by email that the delivery was in 7 to 18 days. As of 3-21-25 I still don't have my order or a credit on my card. What a waste of time.

Ordered in early February and still haven’t gotten my jewelry. Spotty responses from customer service. Said it FINALLY started to ship today, 7 WEEKS after ordering, and God knows how long it will take to get here from China.

Didn't receive my order
I ordered a ring February 20th. It's March 11, and still haven't received my order. No communication, no tracking, no anything.

If I could rate 0 I would. Placed my order Feb 7th. I immediately noticed after I received confirmation the address was some how jumbled and missing my apt #. Not sure how that happened so I reached out through chat and email. I recieved this responce: Hi,

I checked daily to see if my order address was corrected. No update still showing wrong address. I sent numerous emails back and even requested a refund twice. Still nothing. It's now almost been a month. Order still says processing. Money of course not returned. And address still showing incorrect on order. What a disaster.
***Update. After posting this review I finally got a responce saying my refund will be processed. It had been 5 days. Still no refund. Next steps is I will.report them to BBB and make a report for fraudulent buisness practices, as well as contact my credit card company to try and reverse charges. I just sent another email telling them they have 24 hrs to refund.
Also as far as them stating below they didn't have copy of me asking for refund, only address change, I have all correspondence, and it will be provided to BBB. ****

Two months & no goods
Ordered in January. It’s now March. Still not arrived. Every time I email they said to wait.
I requested a refund, they still wanted me to wait. I raised a dispute via PayPal- they now say I can only have refund if I cancel the dispute. Errrr, no.
