Reversal of fee charged
First of all i didn’t apply to avail any services from this portal. So they charged me. I requested a reversal of charges because my credit card got compromised and along with this site, various other sites charged money using my card.
This was the only genuine website with support team so i contacted them. I am glad the escalation team understood my situation and is willing to revert back the money charged.

I am an eldely lady and a not so bright spark with this on-line shopping thing. Somehow I must have clicked somewhere something and after an initial purchase, that I was very satisfied with, I had a monthly amount going off my credit card. I could do a purchase against the credit that was accumulating in my account. However the South African exchange is so high that I cannot afford any further purchases. I therefore requested that the withdrawls from my credit card be cancelled. To my great relief I was contacted by the Escalation Team that reviewed my request. I was informed that the charged amount will be credited back to the same account 1 used for my purchase. I greatly appreciate this gesture made for my situation. I leave this experience fully satisfied and thankful.
