Complete disaster. And very rude customer support named Tim Taylor
Interesting to read some of the reviews here, maybe people only write when they’ve had a bad experience? Anyway I’ve bought these bars for awhile now, love them & never had an issue. But wanted to write here to plead with them to redesign the packaging. When you’re cycling at 20mph you want to easily open it up. With these you can’t with one hand & you’re teeth, so they’re just not practical for cycling. Also you don’t want to eat the bar in one go, so their chocolate version is a no-go as it melts in the heat.
I ordered a box of 50g peanutbutter and cocoa, l received a box of 30g salted caramel flapjack. I emailed with a picture of the incorrect order and as I had one a picture if the bar I ordered, I apologised as the one they sent by mistake I didn't like, way too sweet. I received an apology and confirmation of a replacement. I received it today, still incorrect it was a salted caramel crispy bar, even sweeter. I give up
I bought the Mini Flapjacks (Salted Caramel) that are easily consumed and digested while endurance cycling. Exactly the boost that I was looking for. Highly recommended. (And also rather nice with a coffee on days off).
Writing in relation to order #73283.
Messaged 3 x times via email - no reply. Messaged via Messemher and no reply.
Not getting all items in the order is like stealing. If you do it with even 1/4 of the customers you get quite a bunch of money for not sending their items.
I have received 1 x box of chia berry bars x 20 and sample chews, should have received 2 boxes of bars.
They are completely ignoring my messages for a refund or to send a missing box. Will be taking action with my bank as thats not a serious business.
Absolutely superstar company. Have ordered their bars in bulk for years now, and they always respond with very personal service whenever I've had a question. Orders usually go out immediately and arrive quickly with no fuss
I did put a review on Chia Charge site, this was taken down as it was negative.
I’m sure their products are good, but I never got chance to try them. Their customer service was crap. Called in to collect a sample box costs £14.99. I notified them I was calling in to collect , registered on site etc. if you buy on line you get 10% off plus free postage.
When I called in I asked two technical questions, only to be spoken down to by an arrogant man who obviously thought he knew it all, and just didn’t know how to treat a customer with some respect.Anyhow I told him I was there to collect the sample box, I asked if I could have the 10% off. They were saving on the postage. He refused as I had wasted 2 minutes of his time, and I hadn’t registered online ( Which I had) So I said if this is how you treat a new customer then you can keep your sample box. I will spend my money elsewhere. I’m sure the products are great, just the customer service is crap.
If I treated my customers the way he spoke to me then I wouldn’t have a multi million pound business.
