Over here at CHI Institute, we strive to ensure our customers needs are met and they leave happy. Everyone's body is different and we always recommend to give your Infratonic about 2 weeks for the body to adjust as well, that's when most people start to see change and if not, you still have that 30 day guarantee to back you up.
As for the buttons, I am sorry they weren't working. Technology sometimes has a mind of its own. We are here to help you and fix the machine once we received it in the mail!

The I-9 is my best friend

The I-9 is my best friend. It is the most wonderful product I've ever owned. I use it almost daily to relieve any discomfort from to pain to congestion. My daughter could not stop coughing in the middle of the night and as soon as I put the I-9 on her chest, the coughing stopped.
This is only one example. It is my first go-to. I try my best to avoid drugs. Thank You for inventing such an awesome device! Also, the Vital Rest is working perfectly now. Thank You again, Laura Tyson

My Infratonic 9 needed a new battery. I called, Customer Service was extremely helpful and within a few days a new battery was sent to me. Thank you for being so responsive. I cannot go a day with out this device.

Our Family loves the CHI Institute

Our Family loves the CHI Institute - for over 10 years we have used the Infratonic 9 to heal and prevent injuries - I also love how it helps me fall into a deep sleep. I have also used this on various dog injuries and I believe it to be most helpful. The Staff and customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Patient and very friendly they support the customer, repairs have always been prompt and well done.

Superb service for my Infratonic 9…

Superb service for my Infratonic 9 which I have had for 6 years with needing only batteries. I love it. A chiropractor introduced it to me. He told me I would not need to go to the weekly treatments I went to with my former chiropractor. He was right!
