Saw the site advertised on Instagram. Seemed legit, my partner ordered me an outfit for holiday. Money was taken, no order confirmation was sent. Holiday was over by the time I received the package. Quality is dreadful and I’ve obviously been sent two different sizes. No way to return even though they give an email for enquiries and returns, the email does not exist. Don’t fall for it!!

If you’re here about Camille Chevalier please read below. This isn’t the right page for this business but it’s getting a lot of stick as they have the same name! Camille Chevalier have their own Trustpilot page. Here’s what I wrote on that page -
HOW TO GET A REFUND! This company is a scam. It’s insanely cheap rubbish, not from France. If you read their t&c’s they state if you’re in the EU you get a 14 day cooling off period where you can return the item and get a refund. This is the law in England if you buy online by the way. Also they state the fabrics are a mix of cotton/linen and polyester. The label reads 100% polyester on the product so there’s your second reason for a return, false advertising. Don’t fall for their ‘we’ll refund you 60% and you keep’, demand a full refund using these two reasons. Good luck 🤞🏼

It looks like the five star reviews here are from paid reviewers; this is a scam company. The clothes advertised are markedly different from those that arrived after a three week shipment. These are flimsy, plasticky, bright coloured with digital print. I would not pay anything for these clothes, let alone the money that left my account. I am requesting a full refund and if it is granted then I will amend this review to reflect that, at the very least, Camille Chevalier is not trying to rob you.

I have just received a horribly made shirt and shorts!! White plastic buttons all on show not at all what the model had on!! I feel like I’ve been robbed!! How can they promote beautiful clothes and send rubbish!! It’s honestly daylight robbery!! Don’t order took so long to arrive too I knew I was doomed.

Worst company ever do not order from here the dresses they send look nothing like in the photos! Absolutely horrific they aren’t a french brand!!

This is a SCAM website! Avoid at all costs.

Complete SCAM!!! Bought a dress from here and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. It was a completely different dress than what was advertised in the style, stitching, color, and fabric. I wrote the company with photos of both the advertised dress and what arrived. They won’t give me a full refund because it was a discounted product. All of their products are always discounted. They are using photos of different products and their social media and not allowing comments because they don’t want anyone sharing their experience. Don’t order from here.

Chevalier's customer service pleasantly surprised me. One of the ordered clothing items had a production error, which made the jacket less durable than stated. The issue was resolved within a few days, and the jacket was promptly replaced with new stock without any hassle. I would definitely order from them again, and aside from that, their products are of excellent quality.

I bought a beautiful and extremely high quality shooting fit shirt from Chevalier which arrived from Sweden to Ireland in 1.5 days!! Really professional website and payment system, exemplary shipping service and wonderfully packaged. I am a broad individual and the shooting fit shirt fits my shape perfectly due to the extra chest back and shoulder width. I have finally found my perfect fit brand!!

The ease of ordering and speed of delivery were excellent and being in Ireland there were no custom charges like there would be from the UK. I bought the over shoulder hunting bag for stalking on the hills. It is the 2nd one I have owned. The first one I have for the past 8 years and it is still going strong but I felt it was getting a little tatty.
