I was extremely disappointed with the customer service from Chess IT this morning. I was expecting a helpful and courteous experience, but instead, I was met with rudeness and lack of professionalism from Sophie (Chess IT Staff). The lady was completely uninterested in assisting me and was dismissive of my concerns. I would not recommend dealing with this company to anyone. The lack of respect and poor communication skill is appalling.

They failed transferee our numbers correctly. or failed transfer one number at all I complained for months, the tech department were unable to sort the problem saying it was working, when it Cleary was not working, there contract states they do not have to provided any working service, so now we are going to go to court. We nearly have gone bust because our sales book when down from 7 weeks to one week. really bad company. I had to tick one star should of been no starts.

1. When being moved from NBC cloud phone service they decided to add additional chargeable service without asking for permission. I have requested to have it removed and refunded -they did absolutely nothing and kept charging us. Several tickets later finally they have cancelled the service though said they will not refund anything as it was charged for several months.
2. In Jan 2025 as we were in contract with them we have requested additional for new employee. End of September 2025 - NEVER HAPPENED!
3. The communication is total disaster - we've been unable at some point to log into the portal and took them month to sort it out. We could not request the password remainder because the email for some reasons we going to one of their team members!

I should have read the reviews....... Seemed ok at first, then the charges kept increasing and they pulled a con with the addition of dark web monitor -instead of inviting to join, they gave a free trial which could be cancelled. Of course that's a twisted way oof increasing the income as it was not clearly stated that it would be automatically added to the account. They have been totally unhelpful and disinterested in resolving my complaints and very quick to threaten sending my disputed, unpaid amounts to a debt collector. It's a bad way to do business and would suggest any other company rather than this one. Should have read the reviews!
