I ordered a cabinet on 05/12 and haven’t received it. Emailed, called and nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Useless company that must be scammers!

Company appears to have gone bust despite taking £1.5k for a sideboard we are yet to receive (was due to be delivered in December 2022). Phone calls, emails, Instagram messages all going unanswered.

3 and a half months waiting for our bedside tables, only to receive the wrong item when it finally arrives

Thanks for your review. Looking at this order, you were advised when placing the order that this was not in stock and updated 5 times with progress and ability to cancel. I can only apologise that 1 of the bedsides have been shipped in error. We will ofcourse sort this for you asap. It's a shame that you felt the need to leave the review before contacting us. Hudson Large lamp

Just purchased this amazing lamp, looks stunning in my Dining room.

We love these chairs!

We love these chairs! Super comfortable, yet very stylish and great quality at an affordable price. The order process was very easy, and they arrived within the stated delivery window. Very happy with the whole process!

Horrendous company and customer service

Ordered two bedside tables. Arrived and the colour looked different to what I ordered. I sent photos to the company to show what they advertised and what was provided.

The response was ‘All images on the website are professionally taken and from the attached photos, these are different due to the natural light’.

Perhaps photos should be taken in natural light and not studio light, if they make a product look that different. Items at home are not under a studio light.

I have had to return the items myself and paid an £80 shipping fee. I did not change my mind on the items I returned them as they were different to what I ordered therefore I should not have had to pay a return cost.

On top of that I am unable to contact the company by telephone - they do not answer. I have been sending emails with no response. On one occasion I was told they are short staffed.

They have accepted my bedside tables back but no refund - of nearly £400.

Horrendous company and customer service.

Won’t respond to my emails or provide a refund but able to post on social media and continue selling.

Highly recommend ChesQuin Interiors

Ordered 2 solid wood bedside tables early December, both arrived in great condition (in fact, better than expected) and within good time (I ordered a solid wood console table from another company called WhitePortFurniture.com at the same time, 3 months later and I'm STILL waiting!)...

Anyway, I digress, I would HIGHLY recommend ChesQuin interiors and will be ordering from them again when I eventually get my money back from those Whiteport Furniture charlatans.

Bought an 8 draw mango wood chest which…

Bought an 8 draw mango wood chest which is excellent quality. There was a delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond Chesquin control, however they provided regular updates which was much appreciated. Will definitely order from them again.

Emerald green velvet sofa

I’ve ordered a beautiful emerald green velvet sofa from ChesQuin! Wow, it arrived yesterday and looks stunning. Process of ordering on web was super easy, it was a back order so had to wait for delivery but ChesQuin kept me informed on status of my order via email. Thank you so much!

Misleading with Bad customerservice!!!

Misleading!!!! purchased a chair on ChesQuin Interiors Web site. After a week of No communication they said that I needed to order two chairs and cancelled my order. The customer service from this company is absolutely shocking and would urge people not to use them as they do not do what is stated and do not reply to your emails!

Excellent Customer service and friendly too

The desk I ordered arrived promptly. However, the wood around the lift up mirror was warped. I prepared myself for much stress in trying to get it exchanged, but Jan was brilliant and made the whole experience as stress free as possible and the item was collected promptly and a new desk arrived very soon after. Excellent friendly and courteous customer service. Will definitely order from this company again with great confidence.

Paid for a large wall clock that when…

Paid for a large wall clock that when delivered had previously been returned by another customer. The frame was bent so did not sit on the wall correctly. I asked to exchange and have returned the item and now despite three attempts have had no response from ChesQuin on when they will send a new unopened replacement.
