My experience has been amazing from beginning to end, I phoned the office on Wednesday, received a gold package on Thursday which I filled and sent back, by mid afternoon on Friday I had an offer and was paid.
This was for a selection of gold dentures which was a slightly odd request, the person I spoke to was very professional and helpful.

I was worried about sending gold through the post but the tracked prepaid gold pack I requested arrived safely and quickly after I sent it back. I had checked the carat and weight of the gold I sent, and the current price's of gold. I know there is a spread in buying and selling.
When I received the email with the price that I would receive I thought if was fair so went ahead and sold.
It was quick and simple to order the bag to send it in and I had the email confirmation of price and subsequent money next day.
