Purchased a pair of Aigle Parcours2 15 months ago and the rubber split. Contacted Cheshire Game Supplies who told me to send them back and they would sort out. Indeed they did, they liaised with the company and a week later a brand new pair of boots arrived. Superb customer service. Will use again in future, not least because their pricing is also very good and best I could find at the time.
Bought some Aigle boots for my husband. Good choice and availability of sizes.
Arrived quickly and well packaged. Lovely message inside form the company too.

Needed a new pair of Aigle Parcours iso 2 boots and found this shop on the net with the best price. Called them - on a normal UK landline 😁 - spoke to real staff who were super helpful 😁 with a big saving compared to my area (other end of the country) with next day delivery. AMAZING as my old pair had just split so could not be better timed. Absolutely none of this ‘might be a couple of weeks’ nonsense I’ve had at other online places.
Sadly, I now have a leak in one boot but that is a fault of brand not shop. The boots were out of stock but they have been so helpful and have called today to replace them. IN SHORT IT HAS BEEN NICE DEALING WITH THE VERY HELPFUL LADIES AT THE STORE WHO HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND PROVIDED A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I VERY OFTEN DONT FIND ELSEWHERE. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO AS MANY PEOPLE I KNOW WHO WANT TO BUY COUNTRY GEAR AT VERY FAIR PRICES AND WITH HASSLE FREE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
