The Christmas ornament I ordered was a speed boat with a Santa Claus. However I received an American Flag. the paper work inside was for someone in New Hampshire. I have been charged for the ornament but its not the one I ordered. Please advise, how I can be refunded. Thank you Ann Kinkel
