I have had a really positive experience with CheqUp - they are professional, flexible and the process is really easy to navigate. I have lost 25kg in 6 months and have been very lucky that I have had few side effects using Mounjaro. Having the support of a health coach has been a really welcome aspect of the service and shout out to Goda who is a great coach.

Had an excellent call with my health…
Had an excellent call with my health coach today who helped me think about a few changes I might make to make the most of my current weight loss journey. She listened and understood exactly where i was having problems and gave me some good tips n tricks on how to progress more effectively. Overall it was well worth while and I’m looking forward to making the changes that we discussed and incorporating them into my daily routine.

Great outfit
Overall I’ve found CheqUp to be a really good organisation. They have helpful staff and in particular their coaches are very motivational if your weight loss journey slows down. Their customer support people are great too. I needed a small issue sorted out and dealt with Sashana who was efficient, courteous and friendly and resolved my problem very quickly

What can I say
What can I say, I started my journey on mounjaro with no idea what I was doing. Kirsten has been absolutely fantastic with the weekly check ins. She has explained protein intake and calorie deficit. Sent me meal plans etc. She has been so supportive and I dont know what I would have done without her.

I have been using Chequp for a couple…
I have been using Chequp for a couple of months now and have been really impressed with the service. Communication is great and someone is always on hand to give advice. My coaching sessions with Emily are very supportive and I always feel listened to even when I have silly questions. They don’t pressurise you into going up in dose or losing weight quickly which was a big concern when I started. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Goda my weight loss coach has been exceptional
Goda my weight loss coach has been with me on my weight loss journey for the last 8 months. She has been absolutely fantastic and a constant source of reassurance, support and advice throughout the highs and lows. Honestly she has been instrumental in my success with this weight loss programme and I will miss our weekly chats now I have completed my journey.
