A little history and insights on our company. In October 2008 we have set our first steps as a side hustle to learn and apply paint protection films and wrapping vinyl (something we still do). After many attempts and practices we started in spring 2010 doing this professional and at this moment we saw that these films need a good polish and wax. We like to test products and applications first, after many products at that time, we had our best results with the SmartPolish from SmartWax. We learned and started using more SmartWax products and short after that Chemical Guys products. The method of testing products first never changed. By doing this with detailers, car care specialists and restylers we can relate to everyday detailing situations we all know. We treat other’s like we want to be treated. With this in mind we do what it takes to support detailers, car care specialists, restylers and carlovers. From finding the right polisher & pad combo for a sensitive paint to help testing the strongest solution for cleaning wheels, we do it all, in person, on site, in our detailing studio, by phone, email and whatsapp. Today we are a team of 9 people specialized in detailing, training and distribution that are dedicated to help, find and build processes that work for you based on your desired type of use, product, tools, outcome and budget. This company , is the worst i came across ever in my life. First they asked me to wait for a product , which was labeled as “on stock , ready to ship” i paid. Then got email to wait few days. Ok no problem , after that the “brought it” to DHL with the status “shipment not received or processed” so basically it means for me , just scam. I had to ask resolution center on paypal , to step in and to help me get my money back. If you ever hear “carcare24” just run away! You can’t sell things , that aren’t on stock and not trackable by the tracking label!

Please do not waste your money with this company I ordered some items and they send it to the wrong address and there was a costume fee of amount £160 I told them to send it back to the seller and they kept £80 I wasn’t in the wrong , for sending to the wrong address, and they are so rude they don’t know how to deal with customers on the phone the men even told me f****off what kind of the company really please get away from them and red all the reviews about this company before u purchase anything

The facts are as following;
- You order multiple times, 1 time an order receives payment
We sent you an orderconfirmation with General Terms
- We ship your order to your choice of shipping address.
This shipping address is outside of Europe.
- Then when it comes to your local customs department you
sometimes have to pay local duties and fees. We do not
and can not inlfuence this.
- Without notification to us you refuse delivery and instruct
customs and shipping company to send it back to us.
- In the meantime you already start with giving us a 1 star
review (nice way to go) instead of notifying us. As well as
blocking your payment to us. At this moment we still didnt
get any information from you informing us about what
happened.
- Then when we receive the parcel back we credit you minus
the 15% restocking fees that are applied on all our
deliveries and General Terms.
- Then you call the office threatening our staff to do 1 star
reviews if we dont reimburse the 15% restocking fees.
As a bonus we get to pay for the refused (return) shipment.
We have all info in emails, screenshots from the courier and payment - provider as well as your "special kind of accusations and rude language".
We deal with ca 200 customers per day and the majority are nice and decent people to work with. Very rarily, and always unfortunately, a character like you pops up.
It was nice to know you, its even nicer to know you will never purchase here again. We are 100% sure there are other detailing suppliers that are desperately waiting for a customer like you.
We love that this review if visible for everyone that is interested. Readers are most of the times normal and decent human beings that can draw their own conclusions on what kind of service we provide.

Bcz you are based outside of Europe local custom fees can apply (as we state in our terms) as well as delays that hang together with this. Leather products Good, brush BAD
Leather products are very good, but the horse brush is very bad. I used leather products on white leather and the brush leaves hairs all over the white leather. I had to vacuum clean again, before applying conditioner.
