ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!! I purchased items back on November 3rd and never received the items. I got one return email back before thanksgiving swearing my items were shipped. to date I still do not have a tracking number and no items. I have to call my credit card company and try to get my money back from these thieves. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I wish I looked at reviews before I ordered.

Worst experience ever!!! A month later still no items. No one will reply to emails or online chat. Of course there isn’t a legit phone number. The tracking # they gave me is bogus as well. I guess Stealing from people helps them sleep better at night!!!

I ordered a sweater on Oct 18th and I made an attempt to cancel it. My emails were ignored and was informed that my item shipped out on Oct 23rd. The tracking no was invalid. I asked politely to cancel my order again and my emails were ignored. My item got shipped out and I didn't get it till Nov 29th. In the end I reported them to paypal, as I have found that they gave me a fake return address and there customer service is horrible. I am now asking they reimburse me for shipping as well and they have done nothing but waste my time.

Ordered over a month ago and every time I ask about my order I get the same automated email about being behind due to the holiday season and that it has been shipped although there is no tracking information!!!

Ordered boots September 26, 2018. FIFTYFIVE days ago. Where are my boots??? I’ve commented and direct messaged on Instagram and now I’m blocked from instagram. I’ve sent countless emails. BOGUUUSSSS

I placed an order for a pair of shoes in September. It;s been over a month and I still haven't received my order. I contacted costumer service and they gave me a FAKE number to track my order and responded "this is the busy season so shipping may take longer than usual". It's September? FAKE NEWS. Not happy and will never be shopping with them again.

Never received my order, when I asked for a refund I got nothing but excuses. Still haven’t received my order or a refund. Highly recommend NOT ordering from this shady foreign company that likely doesn’t even exist.
Should’ve read the reviews before I ordered

I made an order in Sept. and I expected my package to be delivered 6-9 business days as it said on their web page. It is in now the middle of Oct. and I still have not received my order. I received a text stating that my order has been shipped out so I went to go track it with the tracking number they provided me. When I went to the tracking page it said they could not find any orders with that tacking number, so then I went to USPS.com to see if it was in the system and it was but it stated that the label hasn't been created yet. I decided to email them and they got back to me with a completely different tracking number. Apparently my order is on the way but we will find out if it comes or not. Take your money elsewhere I don't know how these people are still in business!

Do not order from this company. They sent me a damaged shirt and will not provide the refund I have asked for. Scam! They do not honor their return policy.

Terrible experience with Chelly sun. The quality is terrible. The service was a nightmare. They promise 6-9 days shipping and my order wasn’t even disbatched for a month. Customer services was rude and continued to lie about the timing of me receiving my item. Finally I asked to discontinue my shipment and refund it and they never responded. Do not trust them.

I fully recommend Chellysun for purchases, I bought several Times from them and I always end up definitely satisfied! Styles are beautiful and most important you get exactly what you see on the website and the quality is good. I had some questions about size charts and I had good and quick answers from their costumer service who was really helpful and helped me take the right size for me. Shipping is also good considering that I live in US so very far from them and I never waited more than a couple of weeks! This time I ordered two shoes, they are very fit me. I love them! Perfect!
