We cannot see any emails from you and as we normally reply immediately to customer requests, we need to check if our systems are delivering messages correctly as this is highly unusual.

Chelleon has always delivered very…

Chelleon has always delivered very quickly and sells an amazing range of products.
However what brings the company to a whole new level is the care and the advice from the team, Kim was so kind and so knowledgable she has transformed my skin. Thank you .

10/10, would recommend

I've been a regular Chelleon customer for many years. I'm continually impressed by the depth of their knowledge (especially in regards to Environ), their level of customer service is exceptional, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

AVOID!!!

Very poor communication from this company. I would avoid at all costs. I sent back a few items to return as they were unsuitable for me. They were all boxed as they were make up. I opened the boxes to view the product all had packaging covering them so all unused and that packaging in tact. One item the box had a small piece of tape but plastic packaging around the actual product that was still in tact and unused. So they refused to refund this one item that was okay I asked for it to be returned to me etc within the time frame. Yet took them week or more to reply to inform me they disposed of it and if I wanted it I would need to re purchase it? When it already wasn't suitable I wanted the item back as I paid for it and wasn't going to get a refund for it. So now I have no item or replacement and down £45 as they disposed of it without communicating with me. To register the refund for the other items took weeks and constant emailing them to update. Yet online they state if the item is unsuitable and unused within the time frame we can refund it. I thought at the very least I'd get the product back if they wouldn't issue the refund due to the small piece of tape on the box despite it being protected by the plastic packaging on the product itself. Very poor service and communication from this company. I would understand if the product was used as it was a bronzer and in the plastic packaging you could see if it was tampered with. Yet they disposed of it and didn't think to issue it back to me after me paying £45 for it. I don't believe I should be down £45 or even issued a replacement or the item sent back to me. I have tried calling and what's app them but they don't answer. Avoid this company!!!

As per the email we sent you…

We reviewed your complaint and the frequent communication you have had with 2 Chelleon employees since your first order on November 20th.

Out of the products you purchased across 2 orders we have fully refunded you for 6 products.

Your first returns were received on December 12th and refunded on Jan 2nd - which is within our 30-day returns policy for your funds. Again your second batch of returns was received just before Christmas and refunded on January 8th again within our returns policy for funds and the adequate time it takes for us to review returned items as part of our process.

We told you twice via email that we do not accept opened or used makeup products before you sent your first set of returns back. It also states on our Jane Iredale FAQ’s page clearly:

What is the return policy on Jane Iredale makeup?
Please be advised that prior authorisation is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorisation cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Chelleon. Chelleon will not refund or exchange product(s) that have been opened or used unless, in the unlikely event a product(s) has caused an adverse reaction and proof has been provided to Chelleon and a return has been agreed upon.

Yet you still sent us the bronzer back and we informed you that we cannot refund or exchange the bronzer product but we could the remaining 6 products you returned. Our packing team disposes immediately of products we cannot resell due to damaged packaging/products after informing the sales team.

It has never been part of our policy to then re-send a returned item to a customer. If this is something you would have liked us to consider especially for you, it should have been mentioned when you returned the item despite being told we cannot refund or exchange opened/ used products.

You admit to opening and then trying to reseal with tape making the product packing damaged for the reason of ‘checking if the bronzer had the compact’ where it clearly states across the Jane Iredale bronzer pages it is a 'refill only compacts sold separately'.

We are sorry that you feel disheartened at the outcome despite the information you were given on multiple occasions and the 6 products we refunded you for.

Fastest Delivery Ever!!!

I cannot believe how quick delivery is! I placed an order and it arrived the next morning - I am so impressed by Chelleon and the products they offer!! They stock Environ for A LOT cheaper than most companies!! Will definitely be buying again.
