Appalling service. I bought a hoodie for my daughter, waited a week, no messages to say it’s been dispatched, emailed twice and got no reply. Finally waiting on a refund which I assume will also take an utter age if I ever get it all.
Purchased some painting and decorating bib and brace overalls they did not arrive,sent a email to customer service no reply so now I am x amount out of pocket and have no idea how to gain a refund because nobody answers emails.
One of the worst companies I have ever used.
