I ordered the Indian Platter and invited friends over to cook it together. The recipes were easy to follow but with exotic ingredients so it was a very exciting experience for everyone. We all had a great time and it tasted so good. I'm sure they will be ordering some boxes of their own!

Great pizzas! We tried both sourdough and Neapolitan and both were delicious! They arrived promptly, easy to follow instructions and the right amount of ingredients. We will definitely have them again, such fun to make. Thanks James and Sylvia from Jan and Jeni.

The experience with chefs for foodies has been superb. Right from my first order of - probably too many- frozen dough bases to tonight’s masterclass on Zoom. Would highly recommend these guys for all budding dine in chefs!

Easy to use site and was kept updated on the delivery. I bought the sourdough pizza bases and they came well packaged and were kept frozen with the ice blocks that were within the box

I bought the neapolitan dough balls recently and they arrived on time, as expected. They were very good quality and made fantastic Pizza in my standard oven relatively easily. I'll definitely be buying more.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! The customer service is second to none. We originally ordered 48 dough balls for an event and ended up placing a second order as they were so well received (and this was from photos of the pizzas alone)! We ordered the Neapolitan dough balls through James’ recommendation. He also got in touch and talked me through everything, answering questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask; from prepping the dough balls to making the pizzas. He even arranged a video call with the wonderful Chef Sylvia who very kindly gave us a lesson on how to make the pizzas. Extremely well taught, we couldn’t believe how easy the dough was to work with and it was all thanks to Sylvia’s teaching technique and the quality of the product! The pizzas are delicious. Light, fluffy, crispy and not overly doughy. I cannot recommend these guys enough! We very much look forward to working together again in the future.

I initially posted a 1 Star review after a very poor first experience - didn’t receive a recipe card and no one got back to me when I contacted them to try and get cooking instructions, so I could not make the meal, plus the dough exploded in my fridge - but on seeing that review I got a personal call from the head of the company to explain that this was all out-of-character and he wanted to try and rectify the situation which they are to be praised for. So they refunded me and sent out a new box - this time there was a card with QR codes to the recipes, and I was able to make a delicious meal, but even then there are some frustrations. One of the items was sweet potato fries, but NOWHERE are there any instructions how they are to be cooked, not on the main recipe card or anywhere else: the cucumber is in a wrapper with a QR code on it with recipe suggestions, the lettuce is in a wrapper with a QR code on it, same with the the tomato… and the dill… and the coriander, etc (total waste of packaging)… yet a large bag of fries has nothing on it ! Bizarre. Meanwhile, there is a recipe QR code provided for the dough balls showing how to make pizza with them - but they provided them in my meal to make flatbreads not pizza ! It only causes confusion to provide a link to a recipe that you are NOT using with your meal (the instructions for cooking the flat breads are in the link for the main recipe… though there is nothing there re./for those fries!). So a mixed experience - they really care about their customers and the food (the most important thing!) is very good, but some of the logistics etc still needs work and there is too much packaging (a cucumber does not need to be wrapped and labelled !) But they are quite a young/newish firm I understand so hopefully all the teething issues will be resolved soon 🤞
