I had an issue with the bag staying sealed when filled with ground coffee.
I emailed the company on the website. I received a very timely response and in subsequent emails a suggestion to double bag. It worked. The time given by Christine to the problem is almost unheard of these days. I am very impressed with the sealer and also with the customer service.

I have purchased two of these fabulous gadgets, the first as a Christmas gift and, immediately after seeing it, one for myself. I had an "almost never used' vacuum sealer for years due to the cumbersome size and process. Now, thanks to Chef Preserve, I am vacuum sealing everything. It is very small and sits handsomely on my countertop, always charged via USB and ready for use. Whether stored in the pantry, refrigerator or freezer your food will stay fresh longer and you will have much less waste. Recently I vacuum sealed some bulky clothes for a trip and tucked the unit into my suitcase for my return trip packing. Additionally, the bags are REUSABLE, just wash by hand or in the dishwasher! This machine is a win-win.

I had an initial order placed and it seemed to get lost with the carrier and didn't get delivered. I was quickly sent a replacement and the communication was great

It came on time and I use it all the time it perseveres really well! I love the glass containers especially for strawberries!

Chef Preserve works great, better than the big sealer that I had. Keeps food fresh and prevents freezer burn. I recommend Chef Preserve 100%.

We've tried many vacuum sealers over the years, but always went back to ZipLoc bags, especially after they introduced the self standing ones. But Chef Preserve is by far the easiest to use, and it's a great help that the bags are re-usable and dishwasher safe

I love my new food sealer. So much more convenient to use than my big old seal a meal. I’m very impressed with the way that you handle your customers.

I love my vacuum sealer! Unfortunately, I got liquid in it and it wasn't working properly. I contacted the company to see what I could do. Rea was so very helpful. I got a response in less than 24 hours. They offered suggestions to try to clean it and when that still didn't work, they made everything right again. I appreciate their prompt response and all the help. Highly recommend!

Well I ordered both bags and vacuum pump but when my order came in, I only got the bags what a shock I looked at the box and the post office put a tape on the outside that said sorry but this was the best we could so I got in touch with Chefpreserve told them about it gave them as much INFO I could and the sent me the vacuum pump have used and I love it If I had to but again I would

The convienece and quality of the prjoduct is great. Doesn't take much room to put away. Have it in my silverware drawer. The bags are great for cleaning.

I received the chef preserve vacuum sealer and several bags as a gift. I started using immediately. It has helped prevent throwing out leftover meals, no freezer burn on meats, keeping cheese and other items fresh in the fridge. It's simple to use, small so it doesn't take up counter space. Next on my list is the glass containers so I can preserve shredded cheeses and things with liquid for marinating.

They made an excellent product it really works nothing sticks together. I am so glad that I bought it.
I also like that you do not always have to charge it. SeensI had it I never charged it once .

I rarely write reviews, but in this instance I was blown away by this company's excellent customer service.
Change can be difficult, and I was unsure of a few details about vacuum sealing. I wrote to the company with a dozen or so questions about how to BEST charge this tool, seal the bags, open sealed bags, reuse the bags... and was promptly given thoughtful and detailed instructions from an agent who actually understood exactly what I was asking and why..

The product itself is fantastic! It works well and really preserves food. The bags are a little difficult to seal after much use but it is well worth it for the product. Also, when I contact customer service, they are so kind and accommodating. They are very helpful.

The chef preserve vacuum sealer is a great addition to our kitchen and helps us really save on food cost in these times. I had a small issue with one item and the customer service I received was outstanding. The product was replaced immediately with no questions asked it was a great experience working and getting my issue corrected promptly with the chef preserved team. Very pleased with this vacuum sealer. Compact and so easy to use. I had ordered two by mistake and contacted customer service to return one. They got back to me within two days. After trying it I decided to keep them both!

I saw the add on facebook. I've been looking at the big bulky units. So I figured I'd give it a try. Love the size, and convenience of this unit. I have bags in the freezer and fridge, and all is well. This is a wonderful product.

After our initial order was sent to the wrong state, customer service stepped right up and continued to track down our order. This was a gift for our son, as a token of appreciation for our patience, he will receive free additional bags. Not many companies today would back their customers, but Chef Preserve did that for us.
