Great alternative
Following a problem with a booking I was contacted by Bill who was very helpful by providing me with an alternative date option .
This proved to be very welcome at a time when ticket prices and the uncertinty of travel are an issue.

Seamless Experience
I had a seamless experience with the cheerstravelwhile booking experience. The communication was pretty fast in sending the invoice, booking confirmation email. Also received call from Customer Services team and spoke to Olivia, she offered me the baggage and seat allocation for free. I never experienced such a service from other booking providers which I am really thankful to the team.

Actually legit, good service
I was worried this was going to be a scam after I clicked through sky scanner and then when I tried to book online it had booking unsuccessful, they called me. I was suspicious at first but Gautam was incredibly helpful and found me alternative flights that worked just as well and similar price.

Great service given by Suzanne
Suzanne quickly sorted out the seating problem i was having and also organised the flights properly for me and got me great seats. Everything was sorted out quicker then if i had to do myself. Great lady to talk to and alsi offered to help if i have any problems whilst i was away.
