I ordered the stamp for my dog after years of drawing paw prints in cards! The process was easy, instructions were great and Lisa gives a really personal approach double checking the prints to finalise. Couldn’t be more pleased.

This is Customer service the way it should be,
I contacted the company more than once about changing an engraving and how the ashes of my dogs were used. They’re response was quick and nothing seemed to be a problem for them even after I’d changed my mind and asked for things to be changed.
It really was a joy dealing with them and I even got through to Lisa when I needed an answer.
The way that handled everything was perfect even down to the hand written card enclosed with my order.

I already had silver paw print pendant that my sister got me so decided to get her one too of our furbabies. She'll love it when she opens it at Christmas. We have stamps too. So unique and personal keepsakes absolutely love what this lady does, always very help and quick at responding.
