If you have any delivery issues, there’s no customer service
If you have any delivery issues, you will never be able to reach an actual person that deals with your customer service case. I had something marked as delivered that wasn’t there. It was marked as delivered on a Friday, and my superintendent was away until Tuesday. I checked all possible areas for the package (they used Apple Express who did not put it in the secure drop off system) and my superintendent didn’t have it. I used the only customer service available (AI Chatbot named “Joy”) who processed my request for a Reship. Two days later, my request was denied claiming that I had to wait 48 hours after the delivery was marked. I then use the chatbot again, when it is now a week later, and there’s a new request. There’s no way to reach a real person and the requests are redundant if the AI chatbot can’t even convey information correctly to have requests get processed correctly. Terrible. I will likely just be in a cycle of requesting refunds and never getting it, so I will be filing a chargeback.
