Having booked my tickets for the following PNR’s - RJ5HTA & RJ9YD2, we still haven’t received refund for the same. Kindly help. We booked our flights from the skyscanner app and checkmytrip as the service provider.

Wait, who are the developers of this app for goodness sake? Aren't they knowledgeable enough to put a download or print option on this app?

They created the previous version with an option to both print and download, however this version has been a total crap especially to someone like me who is a travel agent and I cannot even download and send the ticket itinerary to my clients!

This app said it did exactly what I needed so I signed up. I know it's owned by amadeus so have no issue with trust. I also know it's ONLY a tool to view trips - all those reviews about refunds just got confused about where they purchased their flights I guess. However, it said it would allow me to view hotels, rail etc in the same place as flights. And it DOES NOT do that. I have tried import hotels from agoda, hyatt, holiday inn and the major train ticket provider in the UK - NONE of these worked. So while I love the usefulness of having all my very complicated flight itineraries (many of which overlap with each other) in one place, not having hotels is a huge downer. But it's free, I guess you don't get much if you don't pay.

More designed around the USA market, utterly useless tool in other regions, I travel in i.e. Eu and CIS. These types of apps are now becoming quite dated as airlines these days provide very similar, as a part of their service.

This app is garbage. We've used TRIPMASTER in the past and it was flawless. This app can only post our flight details and nothing more. In an effort to start from scratch I deleted the trip, went to post it again and it can't find the past trip or find the current one, saying I should "try later". All emails sent to them that are supposed to populate details in the app get kicked back too as "Oops, something went wrong, try later" There is literally no way to contact them either.

Very unreliable. No one responded to emails to change tickets and no way to contact them on other ways. Very bad service

Usually a great app. However, my return flight ANU-LGW displays Changes and now shows my flight departing 23 hours late. This would be welcome information if it was correct, however, having checked every other source and even phoned the airline, my flight leaves on time
If I rely on the app information I will miss my flight! Therefore, as I can not rely on this app anymore it is irrelevant.

This used to be my favorite app and I only used Checkmytrip to store all my trips. I have been travelling every 6 weeks for the last 15 years and had my whole travel history stored on checkmytrip. But when I tried checking this now it only shows my trips from 2019. Where has all the previous history gone to?? and why??

This company/website can not be legitimate. I was referred here by a link from AirSenegal. Upon trying to register, I received multiple error messages using two different emails and two different devices. I have still not been able to log in. On top of that, when clicking on the link from my computer I was taken to feasy.com but when I did it from my tablet I was taken to checkmytrip.com. To me this is suspicious. I read here that they don't process payment so I'm not sure why AirSenegal even sent me to them. I can't say for sure but I feel like it's some kind of "data trapping"

No idea why CMT sends me mails. I am not aware being a client. My advice: CheckYourAdresses before you spread your mails!

During the corona quarantine i was never refunded for my ticket, they offered me a way to keep the ticket but i would have to pay the whole price of the ticket again. So basically i would be paying double. Where is the sense in that?! I will never order through you guys again. Useless, waste of time and money.

People are sying here that checkmytrip is spam, but it's alegit company owned Amadeus ( Computer Reservation System).

If you booked a flight that uses Amadeus Computer Reservation System (KLM for example), you probably added your itinerary to checkmytrip.

There you can follow updates on your flight, like delays etc and get a notification if you chose to. It's like Tripcase .

Nothing wrong with the application and can be usefuel.

I have never had an account with them, they keep sending me emails, I decided to reset the password and deleted the account. Never heard of them nor signed up. Not sure why they started sending me emails this year.

I don't even know who these people are. I've never signed up for them, but they keep sending me emails that my account is about to expire.

They gave me instructions on how to delete my account -- after I log in.

Therefore I do not have a password with them. So I cannot log in to do what they say. I am not going to change it so that their spam will be successful. I never created an account... I DO NOT WANT an account. Therefore your "helpful" email is actually spam to me.

I'm sure what happened is that someone used my email to create an account. However, your account setup is dumb because you obviously don't have a confirmation email with a confirmation link.

Like WM, I received an email saying that they would close my account within 30 days if I didn't log in. Since I had never even heard of the site before, much less opened an account, I decided to check it out.

Fearing that it could be a phishing attempt to try to get to enter a commonly used password, I registered with a totally unique password to this site. I was told they would send me an email to verify my email address, but when I clicked on that link, it asked me to reset my password. Again, I chose a totally random password as I had yet to validate the integrity of this site. The second email verification arrived and you guessed it! The link wants me to reset my password again!

Then it bumped me into the same loop that WM experienced, of resetting passwords, getting a verification error, and asking me to choose a new password.

I agree with WM. Something is amiss with this site, if it is even legit. Worthless garbage. Will let it lapse.

First experience and CheckMyTrip can not even read a flight document correctly. How does it translate a flight from Charlotte, NC as Indianapolis? No way to contact for a correction that I can find. Will be uninstalling.

It told me my account would be closed if I didn't log in within 30 days. Tried to log in using my stored password. That failed. Tried four times to reset, validating my email and copying the new password over to make sure it was right. Each time it said "something is wrong". Worthless garbage. Will let it lapse.
