The app doesn't recognize my booking number. It is good for gathering your details and passing them on to 3rd parties.

Fails to recognize confirmation and booking numbers enters. This is useless. I’m not to enter each flight individually for my round the world trip. This app to a horrible that it doesn’t do what it is suppose to do (recognize and input itineraries based on booking codes.

i wanted to place my bookings for me on my phone and my partner on her phone.....booked on a single set of tickets through a travel agent,,it worked fine with mine but not hers....why?

Worst customer support ever!!!! And so does for the company!!!
Made a call a week ago (10/6-2024) to make a flight change and they said they have a system error making the flight change and took contact to them again after 4 days (21/6-2024) because I havent heard anything from them. They said I will get a call or email and the flight is in a few days. It was swedish customer support. Today (monday) (17/6-2024) I called again and the flight is in wednesday (19/6-2024)I talked to english customer service in India. The first person I talked to got me waited for like almost 2hrs saying he was checking to make the flight change and that it’s taking time and then suddenly after almost 2hrs of call he just ended the call. So I called back again and tried to explain the situation again and after that got sent to another person and then to another person again. After almost 3hrs calling to them I still have to wait until they call me back!!! This is so fvcking annoying!!!

Never book through this agency!!!

Used this app for years, now it’s become totally useless. Trying to log in then asks for a code sent to email. Code arrives about 5 min later, then put in app and it states code invalid. Tried multiple times and now about to be blocked. Totally useless.

Such a bad app im considering looking for a new job instead of getting this app to work to see my ticket info.

The app does NOT work

What an absolute waste of time. Why would you bugger something up so badly by putting it on an app that doesn't work? Unbelievable!

On my iPhone I can just see where to enter my email and that’s it..I can’t see or go down any further to press continue or enter a password it ridiculous..it.a piece of sh..t app ..it works ok on my iPad

Completely useless.! It logged me out a week ago and I can’t get back in.
The emails with the log in code do not arrive and now I have lost my history for good it seems.
They had an update last year and has not worked properly since.

This is such a bad app it's hard to tell! I don't know who is responsible and who came up with such an "upgrade" to a previously very solid flight check app, but this person or persons do not deserve to be paid!

This app is completely useless!!! It serves absolutely no purpose!

Since I myself work a lot in the field of tourism, I used to use it daily, now I NEVER use it!

I just can't believe that despite all these bad reviews, they still haven't done anything to at least bring it up to the level of the previous generation of the app.

I used this app back in March 2023 & it was great But now I have a new flight booked & it first ask for my EMAIL this was OK but then I have to put in booking number & it says it is an invalid number so have rechecked the flight again & it is all good But this APP just does nothing any more I used to recommend it to my friends but now I have to with draw my recommedation the APP now is totally useless & it does nothing at all

Absolute rubbish. It used to be good until about a year ago and now you can’t add trips it doesn’t recognise anything it’s just absolute rubbish
Also it lost all my history.
