I have never had my car’s MOT done with this company. However, it was a big deal to cancel the direct debit I have never arranged.
The company sent me an email to rate my experience. Very confusing.

I have used Halfords many times before and have been very happy with the quality of work and customer relations. This time my confidence was slightly shaken by the advisory report that I needed new wipers to improve their performance but I knew I had had new blades fitted three months earlier and they worked perfectly. A ploy or a misjudgment, hopefully the latter.

Tong Road Motors is my garage of choice because they are friendly, informative and honest. Although I needed work done to pass MOT (nobody likes spending) they did the work the same day, which then secured a pass. When I’ve taken the car with small issues/ niggles they have sometimes fixed or reassured without charge. Great guys!

MOT Test was kept informed for day,date and time…
was kept informed for day,date and time of MOT , dropped my car off and was told i would receive a call keeping me updated if any work was needed or if my car passed the mot test, was called an hour later and car was ready for pickup staff were polite and had all the paperwork along with my keys waiting for me, everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
