Following our recent CQC inspection, which resulted in an Outstanding rating, we were able to demonstrate Checkmate to the inspectors who were impressed with the strong focus on continuous learning, innovation and improvement across the organisation and local system.
For us, Checkmate is more than a digital checking system. It has become an important part of our quality and safety culture, helping us to maintain high standards, identify areas for improvement and provide clear evidence of the work we do every day to keep our residents safe.
