I am a believer!
It was a great experience indeed. I am not a an expert in using different apps but I have some experience. If I encounter an issue, I try to solve it without help. With Check-in Pax, I was able to set things up the way I wanted and I didn't have any issues. I got the feeling that the developers used common sense as its goal and I appreciated that. I will be a regular user of this app.

I felt the App was very simple to use

Fantastic communication
I had an amazing chat with Boris the Director Account Management as he provided great assistance whenever there was any technical or other issue. He was patient in answering all questions and responded quickly.
There is some room for improvement, such as the filtering function in Check-in Pax. We once accidentally sent out the wrong email templates to everyone after filtering some groups of people, but I am sure the team will address it and remind users next time.

Great straightforward solution
A friend of mine introduced me to Checkin Pax and we were immediatly impressed about how quick it was to set things up. We needed a straightforward solution to checkin 350 guests. All went smooth without any hiccups, will use again.
