cheby is an amazing instructor, gave wonderful advice, very helpful when i was learning. helped me pass my driving test so i’m very grateful.

After spending two months with another instructor and no progress, I contacted Chebby and told him how urgent i needed to pass and he help me achieve my goal in just few weeks. I passed a couple of days with only two minors thanks to Chebby. Built my confidence and taught me all i needed to know. Highly recommended

If you are looking for knowlegeable and experienced driving instructor, don't look further, get in contact with Chebydrivingschool. You would be taught and equipped with the required skills and knowledge to become a safe driver and pass your test at first attempt if you follow instructions and put to practice all you learn from Chebydrivingschool. My driving lessons journey started since 2023 and it looked like it wasn't going to end until I met Cheby. My previous driving instructor was very harsh and discouraging 😞. He would say things like, "I don't see you passing this year" or "you better go for automatic". Sadly, he didn't understand the negative impact of these statements on me. I would return home from driving with low spirit and sadness of heart. In this state, the word of God in the Bible was my anchor, "you can do all things through God who strengthens you". My heart was yearning for a driving instructor that could be patient with me and take me through my driving journey. I couldn't get rid of the one I was with because it was challenging to get a manual driving instructor locally. Before my previous driving instructor, I had to travel miles to take driving lessons. Fortunately, Mr Cheby was recommended by someone that just passed her driving test in a WhatsApp group I belong. I contacted to give him in a try in November 2025. To my greatest surprise, he was an answered prayer. His level of patience as driving instructor is a blessing! Till the morning of my test date when I did my mock test with him, he still maintained patience with me. I made a mistake that could earn a yelling from him to discourage me from taking the test that day, he patiently encouraged me to stop being nervous and stay calm to drive safely, putting to practice all he had taught me. He reminded me of how I drove perfectly and safely the previous day. Those words were comforting and encouraged. I went for the driving test with that positive mind and passed that day, 27-03-2027 (first driving test). Mr Cheby's presence with me during the driving test with the examiner represents PATIENCE! I recommend Chebydrivingschool without a single reservation.

He is a very good instructor. First, he has a lot of information which he communicates clearly. He also corrects you with good language when you make errors and commends you when you do something right. After a few lessons with him, my knowledge gaps reduced from 60% to less than 5%. I highly recommend him.

Uche has been with me since the start of my driving journey. He taught me rules and allowed me to make mistakes to learn for the better. He is very patient and explains things really well and incorporates theory in the lessons which is very helpful. He made me independent completely and made me confident that I could sit a driving test alone and pass. I would highly recommend him as not only he is a driving instructor but a very good friend to have in tough moments when you are learning and that is very rare to have in a driving instructor.

As the title states, I’m very happy with my experience of learning how to drive using Cheby Driving School. I cannot thank Uchenna, my driving instructor enough for giving me the confidence, information and ability to overcome parts of driving that I found difficult and was essential to me passing my test!
