After separate charges, I never recieved a report. I've emailed SEVERAL times to cancel my account and keep getting the run around; everything BUT canceling my subscription/account. To say I'm pissed is an understatement!

Parker knows what’s going on here. Anyone on here complaining please connect with me. Let’s get a class action lawsuit and bring this into a federal criminal case. They are stealing money without permission and just look at the replies- they don’t think anything can happen. This is criminal fraud. They just beat me out of $42 I never asked for or ordered a subscription- clearly this many people wouldn’t be complaining about this if it was legit and wasn’t going on. I’ll be filing a FTC complaint later today and having a lawyer start the process. I want this scamming to stop. Praying on people and their feelings is poor ethics and it’s criminal when they are either scamming by adding on without permission or manipulation of data- a forensic IT tech could show it all if I judge sees enough people complaining and we will all get our money back with 3x damages. I want my money back and I don’t care how much at this point it cost to get it.

If there was an option for zero id choose that. Ran my report, found nothing no big deal, cancelled everything, got screenshots showing account is cancelled, they then continue to charge me almost 50 per month for nothing even though it says my account is cancelled, I am turning it in to fraud considering they do t respond to emails! Highly, highly , highly NOT recommended, you will be scammed

A Complete Waste of Money
Despite having paid for a comprehensive search three days ago, I’ve received nothing more than a receipt.
I wrote to their customer service email and was ignored as well.
The promise of the search including three dating sites is inaccurate — unless you pay extra.
Everything about this site is a scam.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I did not have to, but they charged my card two different times both totaling $30 and it shows no record of anything. It keeps asking me for more money and I’ve tried contacting them and they will not help me this is a total scam. Even though they say that they resolved my issue, they did not. There is no credit on my account or even pending on my account until there is I’m keeping the barely one star.
