Unauthorized charges
It was helpful until I started getting unauthorized charges and unread emails asking why. I still have had no response to the emails I sent out to them 3 days ago. I am going to go through my bank and dispute the charge. It is unfortunate that they reported my review because they can’t seem to answer any of my emails. I wish I would’ve done my research before I made an account. You are supposed to buy searches or “credits” and it does show you accounts that match. They do exactly what they say except charging you multiple times. Scam website 100%

Waste of money
do not use. when you try to cancel they continue to charge you. the phone number that will show on your bank statement is fake. I have been trying to cancel for 2 months. each month they charge multiply times. I assume there is no help but to fight with my bank. Also, never got any valuable info.

SCAM. Beware. double charge.
Scam. Watch out. I was charged 19.99 which is the "standard" plan. the standard plan showed 10 searches per month on their pricing section off main page. then after i get a email response from support asking me where did i see the screenshot i got from their main page. i go back to check the site and that pricing info from their FAQ is removed. the whole FAQ section on main page when you scroll down is revamped and looks completely different. DO NOT ever use this website. they charge you 20bucks PER search and it's a SUBSCRIPTION. so make sure you cancel it or they'll keep charging you. oh and by the way, there's not "confirmation alert". moment you add on a new search, you instantly get charged ANOTHER 20bucks. i added another one for fun just to experiment around and that's what happened.

Id i cpuld do zero stars i would. I paid for 3 searches, one being my own tinder profile which I was active on today. It didn't find me. Nor did it find the other two people. This was a total waste of money.
