So far the best service i have signed up for. The vps works fast. They mention that you can run upto 3 mt4/mt5 on their vps so I tried taking their 1.5gb plan. Well if your robots are not that RAM intensive then this plan can definitely run 3 mt4/mt5. You must try it. Its cheap anyways.

I have purchased the basic plan for vps with 1.2 GB RAM. I am running 4 mt4 on it even though they advertise 3. Still it work great. You need to try it if you are trading in forex

Great company. I’ve purchased several VPS from them and have almost never encountered any issues. Considering the price, the support is quite good as well. There’s no live chat, but their email assistance is responsive and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money.

The latency is great. I needed a vps that offered latency around 1 -2 ms. Their vps works fine for that. This is cheap as well

So far the best forex vps I have used. Works smoothly. The latency is good for my broker. I guess it is approx. 2ms right now. So far all good.

I am happy with their service. Rest all providers are giving only 1 core with the vps even though they give 2 gb ram. This one gave me 4 cores even with a 1gb ram vps. So even 1gb works great. Saves me a lot of money and headache

This "Company" is a bad joke.

The Name "CheapVPS" is literally true.
The Support is extremely slow in responding and the way these people answer is also very poor and low of quality.

Their answers are hard to understand since they havent heard anything about grammar...

If you ask 3 questions, then you will get 1 answer and even this one is a catastrophy.

I was 4 weeks with them and I had 1-2 connection errors every week.
The VPS was not reachable oftentimes and the main problem was, that the navigation within the VPS was extremely slow.

I dont know, if the hardware specs were too weak or if the quality of the VPS is generally quite worse.

Anyway there was a lot of latency in navigating.
It cannot be my local PC since I have enough hardware specs, as well as fast WIFI.

I dont even tink, that the VPS Latency to my Broker was that bad, its just that their VMs are worse.

Yesterday my VPS was not reachable again and I sent an email to the support and havent received any answer since 24 hours.

Today, I saw that my VPS Plan was cancelled.
I dont know why, but I dont care anymore.
I changed immediately to Forex VPS and I am very happy now.

I bought vps for past 2 days, they have refused to give me my credentials and they're not responding to my mails.

I am disappointed with this company, I canceled a vps and they deactivated it 5 days before the end of the billing period. Which caused me a lot of damage since I did not have time to transfer the mt4 terminals to another vps with its corresponding Expert Advisors, that is, all the work of many months in the trash because these unprofessional workers deactivated it before the end of the period of billing which was what I specified when I canceled it. It is incomprehensible that a company's sales service can be so unprofessional, it is as if they had done it on purpose to punish a client who does not want to continue paying for the vps.

Poor and pathetic service from Technical team

Do not use Cheap Vps Pte Ltd, Delay in assigning and setting up and it took 3-4days. Constant disconnection to the remote computer, poor and pathetic service from Technical team, it takes them 12hrs to respond. I Suffered a huge loss due to inability to access and control my EAs during critical trading times. Error was, Remote computer turned off, Remote connection to the server turned off, Remote computer not available on the network

no support, forex vps - stay away from it, ping from 1-20ms, while important news unable to log in.

The connection kept losing from the PC. If someone would keep the connection to monitor vps, this is not a proper one.

I'm a user over 1,5 year. There is no problem with taking new services. Price/quality - average. Affiliate program dies not work. U can't withdraw commission! And that is the reason of searching other provider.

Terrible company! I've purchased Forex - Xpress VPS
and it shows me immediately "Low memory" even if I have not used any programs yet. The preinstalled program is MT5, however I only use MT4, I cannot install MT4: after installation the MT5 version opens. I created a support ticket asking to install the MT4 for me, after 5 days the ticket is still open, nothing happened so far. They do not care about their customers, it's been 1 week of 1 month paid subscription and I still cannot use what I paid for.
Stay away! This "cheap" service means that you will pay twice.
