I recently went for umrah in December 2025 and booked through Cheap Umrah Packages. On the positive side, they stayed in regular contact through the trip and provided all the relevant & necessary documents and information. I received everything via email and WhatsApp. Communication was good and they (mostly brother Salman) answered my questions promptly. The drivers were on time and flexible. The hotels were decent. I stayed at Voco Makkah which is a really nice hotel but quite far from the Haram. There is a constant shuttle bus service but be warned that traffic is so bad it is often faster to walk (20-25 minute walk). So it might not be a good choice for those who are elderly, with young kids or less mobile. The breakfast was great though. I stayed at ZAHA Madinah as well. The hotel breakfast wasn’t great but ok. The walk to Masjid Nabawi was about 10 minutes but to the ladies entrance a little more, maybe 20. The hotel has good laundry and room service. Both hotels are comfortable and clean though Zaha is a little more dated. Overall, I would recommend this company for the communication and flexibility. It might be worth shopping around in terms of cost as it was not low cost for one person especially considering the distance of the hotels and low budget airline (Wizz) on the outbound journey. However, considering the time of year (busy) and private room/car option, the cost was comparable with other companies.

We had a great experience using this Umrah package. Everything was well organised and on time. Our guide for the ziyarats was very knowledgeable mashallah which made our short stay in medina exceptionally good and we didn’t feel we missed out on anything alhamdullilah!

Amazing experience alhumdulilah. Everything was well organised and good communication. The taxi drivers were also very nice. The hotel in both Mecca and Medinah were very close to the al haram and a quick walking distance.

Shamir adviced to book these 2 hotels during our Umrah journey.
It was a lovely Umrah experience .

Makeram Hotel in Macca was 5 minutes walk to Alharam , like he said depending on rush and time . Lots restaurant around , pharmacy , Barbar shop etc.
Rooms were nice and big. Good size washroom .

Friendly staff polite and kind. Neat and clean . The hotel itself is a mixture of both old and new look. Carpet looks a bit....
Food excellent.

Hotel in Medina was amazing , Al Makana Rotana ...Modern looking , spacious room 5 minutes walk to Masjide Nawabi . Underground Supermarket just outside.

36 hours before flight we came to know that our TICKETS wasn't confirmed. We rang airlines they said " there is no booking under your name , your agent hasn't confirmed your ticket.
We were shocked and stressed out, couldn't sleep all night. Didn't know what are we going to do.
Hotels booked ,transfer booked but not the ticket. 12 hours before we were got the confirmation of ticket.
