Adam was really helpful!!!
Adam was really helpful!!!
I had a situation a day before I was flying, which has affected my holidays!
I have contacted to ask a couple of things, and I have just being helped by Adam, initially via chat, then he gave a call to explain me things better.
I have to say, he was really nice, very helpful and patient as I asked tons of questions.

I had a tight schedule and needed a specific set of flights that weren’t easy to find. Jack Thompson spent the time searching through multiple options and finally came up with an itinerary that worked perfectly for me. His persistence and professionalism were outstanding, and I left feeling like he truly cared about my needs.

Dear Humphreys,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We’d like to clarify that the fare you initially booked was indeed confirmed in our system, pending a standard security verification process which is required to protect both the cardholder and our company from potential fraudulent transactions.
Following our protocol, we attempted to contact you multiple times via phone and email within 48 hours of your online booking. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response or confirmation during that time. As the travel date was urgent and approaching, and without the required verification, we had no choice but to cancel the reservation in line with our fraud prevention policies.
Please understand that fares are dynamic and subject to availability. By the time you reached out, the original fare was no longer available, and the updated fare reflected current airline pricing.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Support Team
