I accidentally booked the ticket twice…
I accidentally booked the ticket twice due to Firefox not giving me a confirmation. I moved to Chrome and received a confirmation. Only to find out days later that the ticket was booked twice and one had an incorrect date.
I spoke with Porter employee, Adam Smith, who was gracious to cancel the double booking with the incorrect date! And stated that I would get a refund. Very kind and great initiative.
