Excellent customer service
Banner arrived with damage from transit. This was rectified with a replacement sent out within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Great service, great product, and when something went wrong they jumped to help resolve it, even though it wasn't their fault.

They also helpfully checked the artwork submitted and found something to fix which would have been a problem if they hadn't.

It said 24 hours after production , ordered a few days before Christmas still not received my order and it ruined my event .
Failed to mention your on a Christmas break till the 6th untill I emailed you .
