I have been asking their customer services to send me a written confirmation of my order, as my order could not get through on their website and they took payment on the phone. It has been one week since then. I've called a few times and they have yet to send me a confirmation and the item has still not been dispatched. Complete lack of communication from the company. I cancelled my order today. I hope I get the refund.
Watch out they are a subsidiary of mytoiletspares (MTS) and are as bad. They charge high postage costs for a quick delivery but don't dispatch the items and lie to you on the phone. They then eventually send wrong or damaged items. Customer service answer the phone and very friendly but dont follow through. If i've heard once 'it looks like your item is still with our warehouse to dispatch' 5 days after i've ordered an item that is 'in stock' and paid a fortune for postage, i've heard it 1000 times.
Ordered an item, which was not in stock. I had to cancel the order and buy elsewhere. The refund service from Richard was amazing, within a minute of cancelling the order the money was back in my account, which is unusual most places take an age to issue refunds. Will use this firm again mainly due to the customer service experience.
Stay away, item showing in stock, website showing order complete, tracking link does not work, no communication at all on status, Whatsapp number you get standard reesponse, 5-7 days, charged 9 pound for dellivery, no sign of the product, absolutely useless service, waste of time, energy and money
Place an order with this company who claimed to have the item in stock. Zero communication for 10 days despite chasing. Phoned them - not in stock and then found all these dire reviews about the company under a different name (only found the old name when I called them and it came up on my phone): look on Trustpilot for 'My Toilet Spares'
